COSTS: - All costs are separate based on actual out of pocket expenses
unless otherwise mentioned in the contract or mutual understanding which
include among other costs, Stamp Fees, Court fees, Notary charges,
Attestation charges, Conveyance, printing, stationery, typing costs, air
tickets costs (applicable to places outside Delhi and NCR), hotel stay costs
(applicable to places outside Delhi and NCR) etc. *** The above fee is likely to
undergo a change Half/ Yearly at the sole discretion of the Firm.*** The above
fees shall be payable within a period of 10 days of receipt of bill/ bills sent by
the firm to the client by email/post/courier/registered A.D or otherwise.***
Such bill/ bills shall ordinarily be sent at the beginning or end of every month
(Or as mentioned in the contract) to the Client. All payments are required to
be made in favor of The Practice.
