Purpose
This document highlights the planned platform support included in Oracles Siebel CRM
product roadmap for Innovation Pack 2014. It is intended solely to help you assess the
business benefits of upgrading and to plan your business and IT projects.

Minimum Platform Operating System Requirements for Innovation

Pack 2014
Due to the upgrade of the binaries to the latest operating system compiler levels for the upcoming
Innovation Pack 2014 release the following will be the minimum supported operating system versions.
Customers need to upgrade their operating system to match the versions or above listed below:

WINDOWS (For x86 based chipsets)

Windows 2008 R2 Server (64 bit)

LINUX (For x86 based chipsets)

Oracle Enterprise Linux Server 6.4

Red Hat Enterprise Server 6.4

SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 11

SOLARIS (For SPARC based chipsets)

Solaris Enterprise Server 10.1

AIX (For Power based chipsets)

AIX Enterprise Server 6.1 on POWER chipset

HPUX (For Itanium based chipsets)
