Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing activities of the company including the following:
Complete rebranding of companys image online and offline.
Full responsibility in rebranding Kingsmedes website and creation of Kingsmedes leasing website.
Advertise current and future vacancies through its leasing website, other online communication channels
and extensive business networks.
Responsible for briefing e-newsletters and flyers and use appropriate channels to distribute.
In addition to the marketing role, I am also responsible for the office management and assisting other team
members including the Director, senior portfolio manager and asset manager. Tasks include:
Managing office administrative functions for a company that specialises in the ownership and in-house
management of commercial and industrial properties.
Administer financial processes using MYOB - invoicing and paying accounts online.
Banking - reconciling with statements
Assisting with the creation of leasing agreements
Property management duties.
Event management of Kingsmedes functions
Achievements
Successful rebranding of Kingsmedes image online and offline and its advertising.
Leased out vacancies through the use of its online presence and proactively seeking potential tenants.
