With the aid of state of the art technology, the Du Val team worked with the
architects and Catalyst Creative to review options and test assumptions
as to how Lakewood Plaza could provide the greatest level of function
and amenity. Catalyst were the able to realise and ensure the legacy value
of the architecture through advanced 3D computer modelling, including
3D printing of a complete, plastic scale model of the apartment building.
