1 Asteroids

When looking at the moon through a telescope you can see massive craters, many of these craters
are not caused by asteroids hitting the surface but rather by ancient volcanic eruptions.
Just how many large asteroids have hit the moon is speculation.
Here on earth there are often small meteorites that come from distant corners of the universe and
impact the earth. Nearly always they are small and often burn up in the earths atmosphere before
they reach the surface. They can be found throughout the planet and are often sold as collectable
items.
Though there are many meteorites that have been found most of them are relatively small, there are
a few exceptions. The largest ever found is in Namibia, it is 66 tones in weight and comprises
mostly of ion and nickel as well as small amounts of other metals. It is estimated that it fell to earth
80 000 years ago. Though this is very large and would certainly would have killed anyone standing
underneath it when it fell, any climactic or global effects would have been insignificant at the time.
The reality is that Jupiter with its massive weight and speed of orbit draws most large objects from
distant parts of the universe into its orbit acting as a shield against it getting too close.
Just outside Johannesburg in Vredefort, Free State it is claimed, is found one of the largest impact
craters from an asteroid ever found. It is 10km in diameter and hit the earth 2 billion years ago. It
was thought to be much larger originally. The effect of the impact when it hit the earth would have
been so great that it would have vaporized the rock around it and created a crater 380 km wide. This
area is now a world heritage site and is known for it great scenic beauty.
Even this in the long run would have had little effect on the evolutionary process. It might have
affected life in the area and changed the climate temporarily. The role this played in life on earth is
questionable.
There is another crater of similar size in Mexico, know as the Chicxulub crater, this one it is
claimed wiped out the dinosaurs 65 million years ago. This seems highly unlikely. Although it
would have had a vast impact and killed any life in its range, it is more probable that it did not
affect dinosaurs in any meaningful way.
If an asteroid that size hit today it would not cause all humans to suddenly die.
A more likely explanation for the extinction of the dinosaur must be looked for within the confines
of the earth. And seen in terms of evolution.
Meteorites are pieces of far out galaxies, they represent clues to other realms in the universe far
beyond our own world. Any attempt use them to explain the workings of the earth more likely
unfounded. Though it is said they may be responsible for the first spark of life on earth. Who knows
what happened in the formative years and what evidence might reveal itself in the future.
But for now humans are able to use them to understand the universe and our role in it, and even
why we are in it, but to say meteorites are responsible for vast extinction is nothing more than
conjecture. After all why would an asteroid impact effect only dinosaurs and not plants and other
creatures that breath the same air and endured the same climactic changes.
There are many thing that modern science has been unable to explain . When looking back in time it
must be examined which way a big bang created the stars in the universe. Is could of been a series
of sparks that created each star out of nothing, just energy building up.
The creation itself could of been an explosion but each star and universe could of been created
independently.
The reality is that the planets were more likely created from within the sun. Each at differing times
and with degrees. This is revealed in the orbit of the planets and moons which are not in fact set in
orbit round the sun or planets, but the planets are moving further and further away from the sun, if
only by a very small amount each year. And the moon is slowly pulling away from the earth, and
may eventually leave its rotation all together. The universe is like a giant clock slowly unwinding.

The planets are growing larger, creating lava and oil and the metals that are found on earth as they
get bigger. You could say that all the celestial bodies are living entities constantly changing and
moving together in a very slow dance over millions of years.
This is seen in the earth over millions of years. It is estimated when looking at the distance between
the continents, the earth was as least 40% smaller 200 million years ago, much less of it covered by
sea.
This theory could be applied to how the stars and planets were created, as an alternative to other
theories about where the universe comes from.

2 The Nature Of Evolution

When examining the theory Darwin proposed, that each species evolved from a previous branch or
sub-species, fossil evidence leads one to conclude that this happened over thousands and millions of
years to produce the range of animals and plants that exist today. Darwin himself was a man of his
time and believed weaker societies or species would eventually have to adapt or fade away as
survival of the fittest and natural selection took place. Of course with rapid human expansion,
extinction seems more man made than a natural process.
Though Darwin was not a religious man he did have some concept of a creator.
However there seems to be many unexplained developments within evolution that are still a
mystery. There is a great misunderstanding over this issue.
Human development in one such case. Conventional theory such as the 'out of africa' theory 1
explains the remarkable rise of the human race in terms of of gradual awaking of consciousness
from primitive ape-like beings to a fully developed cognitive understanding over many thousands of
years.
Another explanation is that humans grew independently of each other over the of years. All
evolving into the same species independently.
To me these theories fail to explain the remarkable achievements that litter the earth with what
seems like the unmistakable work of human endeavour. Yet all with the same basic traits.
Darwin went to great lengths to explain the fundamental similarities within the human race and to
confirm that all humans are one species. But he did not explain how it happened.
Central to the 'out of Africa' theory is that 50 to 160 000 years ago man left Africa and began to
spread across the earth eventually settling in South America via Alaska some time after 20 000
years ago.
As man developed he began shifting from a hunter gatherer form of existence to one where animals
and plants were domesticated and used as a surplus for built up towns and cities. This is seen as
fundamental to human evolution.
While the earliest civilizations built on this model, such as those found in the middle east,
developed over 10 000 years ago, they seem to spring up in Asia, South America and Africa at the
simultaneously 8 to 5 000 years ago, this is know as the Neolithic Revolution. The question as to
why this happened at the same time on different continents remains a mystery.
It has been said that evidence of this previous 'hunter gatherer' existence can be found in the peoples
of southern Africa such as the San who still practiced a form of this ancient way of life. Other
peoples in various parts of the world too still follow a similar practice.
1 Out of Africa's Eden The peopling of the world -Stephen Oppenheimer

However to assume that this was an older method of survival than that of the growth of cities or
towns seems again an oversimplification. Rather than an explain for how evolution took place, it
can is simply an adaption of circumstance, and need not have any reflection on early human
existence.
For one, the radiocarbon dating of rock paintings that put them at 60 to 40 000 years ago is flawed.
Some tests put them at 27 000 years ago. And even this seems improbable. For a rock painting to
have survived 27 000 years is highly unlikely, especially exposed to the elements. The dating
system can easily be wrong given variations in climate that alter the process. Also there are
elements in a sample taken that might be from an earlier time and not part of the paint that was used
on the rock. There are many factors that can distort or over exaggerate the process.
The evidence that man evolved in Africa starts looking very shaky. There are no actual humans
found from that time in Africa, no bones, no skeletons showing this gradual growth. The only
evidence are ape like skulls from much further back in time. Far more than 100 000 years ago, an
awful long time ago. The Taung child for example is estimated at 2.5 million years ago. These are
extinct apes that may or may not be directly linked to the human evolutionary chain. There is
certainly no evidence of a direct line to them. There is a great gap between man and apes. With
nothing in-between. Neanderthal for example are obviously a predecessor to humans, found 30 000
years ago in Europe and the middle east, not in Africa. But for some reason they are not seen as
having a direct link to humans. Why?
While I do not dispute the process of evolution, I do question the factual basis on which current
theories are based. After all most creatures have eyes and toes, ears and bones, these all point to
common ancestors. Yet there is nothing to explain the awaking of human consciousness anywhere
in the world. All we are left with are the marvels of the pyramids and other amazing feats that defy
explanation. These are common threads that link all humans together.
Practices such as observations of movement of the stars over thousands of years and the tracking of
the spring equinox are found in many parts of the world. Why would this form of intelligence be
common to all people? Why would the people of Africa, specifically southern Africa be any
different. The 'out of Africa' theory seems a deeply inaccurate explanation for the evolution of the
human species.
Is it said that humans only arrived is South America as late as 11 000 years ago, why would the rest
of the world be any different?

3 Alchemy
If one looks at the Ages of man as defined by Hesiod, writing 750 BC, a very different story
emerges of human history. According to him there were five ages before him: Gold, Silver, Bronze
then Heroic and then Iron.
The Golden age was when everything was perfect for the people of the earth and they were at peace
with each other and all they needed was plentiful, these are remembered as the guardians over
mankind. But slowly there was a decent to the silver then the bronze age where war reined and
people fought against one another, their names were not remembered.
Then came the Heroic Age where men where brave and honourable, this was the time of Odysseus
and many great kings and princes as listed in the Hesiod's Ehoia, one of the oldest books surviving.

Then the Iron age was again a time of strife as man descended into quarrels and war.
If you think that an age is 2150 years, the time that it takes the stars to pass from one constellation
to the next. And the Ion age ended before 800 BC, as Hesiod states, that would place the start of the
ages at least 12 000 years ago or some time around there.
It could be seen as the early beginnings of the human race, not thousands of years earlier.
This would correspond to a rate of population increases that would represent a huge explosion of
people on the earth. But considering the population is presently booming, it is believable to think
that the dominant nature of humans has caused such a great expansion right from the start of the
earliest people on the earth.
If you discard unreliable flawed genetic theories and examine the evidence more closely you see
that to mark a time some time before 10 000 BC as the time of the first people looks more likely.
Alchemy was an art that would have been freely understood in the gold age where gold was in
abundance, but due to the difficult and explosive consequences of its mastery, has now been lost.
This shows the great abilities the ancients had.
One big difference with modern theories is that if there were 4 million people on earth 10 000 years
ago, why had it taken them so long (70 or 40 000 years) to develop into such a small population?
Yet far superior in intellect and ability than any creatures around it.
Yet if you put Atlantis at 15 000 years ago and mark this as the start of humanity. A far different
perspective on human development looks probable.
Atlantis it was said, was an island somewhere in the ocean. It is likely it would have been the
Atlantic ocean. It could have been within the America's themselves. It had a land bridge to Europe
and fought with the Athenians. It was destroyed in a great deluge or a series of floods and
earthquakes before the start of the golden age as told by the ancient Greeks. The pieces of the
puzzle of human existence start to fall into place. Plato himself said Atlantis was at least 9 000 years
before his time. He would of being passing on a knowledge that was extremely old but very much
believed as true even after all those years. It is said that the ancient Egyptians were the keepers of
this knowledge.
Robert Bauval's book The Egypt Code reveals how the Egyptians placed there temples to mark the
processions of the stars. Something they had based their entire calender on. Methodically measuring
thousands of years in time. This is proof they were counting the ages.
By using the alignment of the sphinx looking directly at the constellations when they rose in the
morning there able to measure great leaps in time. As the earth moves in a 26 000 year cycle, the
stars slowly moved over the millenniums creating a marker point each year. It is said that we are
now entering the age of Aquarius. Using this calculation, the Pyramids line up exactly to the
constellation Leo, in 11 541 BC.

4 Cain and Abel

The story of human creation is told in many different ways. Most ancient versions have similar
themes. For example the Greek, Roman, Egyptian and Biblical versions all have the same basic
story. In the Egyptian account the first two humans, Nut an Geb, had two sons Osiris and Set. In the
bible their parents are Adam and Eve, the brothers are Cain and Abel. Cain kills Abel just like Seth
kills Osiris. The same story is told by the Greeks as well, with Cronus and Rea as the first humans.
It is also told in the Inca story of 'Viracocha and coming of the Incas' which is very similar to the

Egyptian myth and includes a great flood and the survival of Viracogha's two sons.
Who had it first is unknown, but the Osiris myth goes back at least to the start of the Pharaohnic
dynasty around 3150 BC possibly as far as 10 000 BC.
This similarity shows that all three agreed on the same story of creation. Each adding their own
variants such as names for the gods, to justify their religious order.
There must be a link between these stories because there is a kernel of factual truth in the different
versions.
In Egyptian religion Nut and Geb had four children, the brothers Osiris and Set together with sisters
Isis and Nephthys, Osiris had a son with Isis. But even though she was supposed to marry her
brother Set, Nephthys was seduced by Osiris and had a son by him. His brother is outraged and kills
Osiris, only for him to be miraculously risen up from the dead with the help of his sisters. The battle
between the brothers rages for many years with the two sons Horus and Anubis, helping their father
to prevail. Horus had four sons who are sacred to process of mummification. Anubis was the
guardian over the soul in the afterlife.
Ultimately, they get together with Osiris as judge to decide wether an individual goes to heaven or
hell.
This belief system had lasted for centuries. The Egyptians were the keepers an ancient knowledge
of humanity. The bible often refers to the Pharaohs. Notably when Abraham arrived in Egypt and
has to claim that his wife was also his sister in order to avoid them killing him and taking the
beautiful Sarah.
This shows that the traditions and customs of the Pharaohs were well known at this time. The date
of Abraham's birth is unclear ranging from 3000 BC to the conventional Hebrew date of 1948 BC.
Abraham had two sons Ishmael and Isaac, and was the first to adopt the concept of a single living
deity. A God that understands and communicates with each person through their lives, who is able
to help or hinder. Not made of wood and stone but above the universe and within it. Much like the
many gods of other cultures but moulded into one single force without a physical representation on
earth.
Abraham's son Ishmael had twelve sons, as did Isaac's son Jacob, these children would become the
Israelites. The twelve brothers were forced to move to Egypt because of a famine, the place were
Joseph found himself years earlier. He had risen to a powerful position thanks to his ability to
interpret dreams, the Egyptians liked him for this and he was put in control of the grain that was
stored up in the good times.
By the time of Moses exodus from Egypt there were 562 460 men of fighting age counted in the
census, thats not including women and children making it over a million if the biblical account is
correct.
This is a huge increase in numbers in a very short time, what could not of been more than 500
years, 210 according to the official version. An extreme example of human development. And a
testament to their beliefs. This kind of rapid growth was not uncommon through the ages. And is
just an example of how fast the human population can grow.
If the Egyptians did have a tradition that stretched at least back to 3150 BC as their records claim,
that would put the start of these records at the end of the Heroic age. Still far from the golden age
6000 years earlier. This would leave plenty of time for someone else down the ages to of built the
pyramids.
If one goes to the feet of the Sphinx there is a ancient stella that, it is said, recounts how Tutmosis
IV found the pyramids buried under the sand. This account has been dismissed by modern
Egyptologists. It is claimed that Khufu in fact built the pyramids using slave labour. How they did it

they do not say.

5 Concerning Jerusalem
There are many clues to the origins of the temple of Solomon in Jerusalem, destroyed many times
and claimed by three religions over the years. The basic foundations are still intact.
The greatest clue as to who built these foundations is the sheer size of the stones underneath the
temple. Some of the largest stones ever used in ancient building have been used in its construction,
greater even than those used to build the pyramids.
How these stones got there is a great mystery. It has been said that Solomon was able to lift the
them with the power of his finger. There may be some truth in this theory as levitation is the most
plausible method used to lift such heavy objects. To lift a small object has been recorded in recent
times by Tibetan monks and many sources do claim that ancient stone structures were built this
way. This would explain how structures using heavy stones throughout the world have been
assembled.
However it is more likely that whoever built the pyramids constructed the temple as well. This was
long before Solomon.
In the bible it is mentioned that David bought the site or threshing floor, from the Jebusites , a
Cananite tribe living in the area. It was a flat plain with nothing built on top at the time. Implying
that the foundation stones were already in place.
In fact it was considered that Melchizedek, in the time of Abraham, was a Jebusite and the high
priest of Jerusalem. Melchizedek blessed Abraham when he adopted his belief in one God, and
made an alliance with him before the destruction of Sodom and Gomorra.
The Jebusites shared many of the Israelites beliefs and handed over the threshing floor willingly to
David. It was a Jebusite high priest who was a descendant of Melchizedek who helped David gain
the throne from Saul2, and again gave his blessing to Solomon in his battle for power with his
brother Adimajah, eventually , it is said, giving him a ring of magical powers to build the temple.
Solomon constructed the temple on top of the threshing floor and placed the Ark of the Covenant in
a room in the temple called the holy of holies, inside a space carved from a rock. That rock and the
space in it are still there and space fits the size of the Ark described in the bible exactly. This rock is
inside the Dome of the Rock Mosque in the exact place it used to be. Though it was damaged by the
Crusaders during their occupation of Jerusalem in the 11 th Century.
The Ethiopian Orthodox Church still holds to this day that they have the Ark, protected by a devote
priest away form worlds gaze. Legend has it that the Ark was stolen from the temple under the nose
of King Solomon. It is also said that it will again return to the rock that was built for it in Jerusalem.
Interestingly there is a replica of the Ark kept by the Ethiopian Orthodox priests in Jerusalem.
And it was said that the real Ark was taken to Jerusalem during the second world war to keep it
from falling into the hands of the Nazis. This was the closest the Ark came to its chosen place in
more than 2500 years.
Considering that the temple site was considered sacred long before the Israelites arrived it should be
2 Psalm 110

said that it has a divine significance to all humanity and is not the sole property of the Jewish
people, though it has a deep significance to them, it has a significance to all humanity. It is a
manifestation of the idea of one God.
The Ark itself is the property of the Ethiopian people and could not be moved again. But the
symbolism of the three faiths agreeing on this is something for the future.
What is important is that the temple its self as it now stands should not harmed in any way. It would
be better that this thought should be left out of future wars. This was the subject of the Christian
crusades, when realizing they could not destroy the temple rebuilt by the muslims 400 years earlier,
the way they had destroyed the previous temple 1000 years earlier. Instead they attempted to turn it
into a church. When they were then confronted with uprising of the people and an army they could
not defeat, they had to flee. Europe returned to its own affairs and so began their renaissance. Built
on the foundations of Gods place in Jerusalem. The conflict then moved away from Jerusalem.

6 Solomon
H.I.M. Halle Selassie, it is said, is a direct descendant of King Solomon. Many of his speeches and
influence live on forever despite untimely death in 1974. He is seen by many as Christ.
Solomon had three sons. Starting with the lineage of King David, these are the kings over humanity.
The greatest of these is Jesus Christ, the descendant of Solomon, lord of this world and the next.
King of Kings.
The gift from the Ethiopian people to Halle Selassie was the Ark, kept safe for his coming. He is the
guardian over the ark. His priests keep it as a relic for all humanity.
The Holy Piby predicts the coming of a black king from Ethiopia in the early 1900's. What is
noticeable is the Christian nature of Ethiopia's last monarch and the Kebra Nagast. Unlike Selassie's
predecessor, who was also a descendant of Solomon.
The third son of Solomon was Adronis, of a Greek mother. He was the King of Rome. This story is
hard to verify as with most stories concerning Solomon but this is the official version of events as
told by his descendants who ruled Ethiopia with a few interruptions since Solomon's first son,
Menellek. The book itself dates from at least 1100 AD.
The story is that a Greek named Zanbares, who was a descendant of one named Darius. He lived
eighteen generations before Solomon. Darius built the cities of Tyre, Antioch and Rome (modern
day Lebanon, Syria and Italy3). Now Zanbares used the astrolabe to line up the stars to foresee a
time when the descendants of Noah's son Japhet will no longer rule the cities that Darius built. He
agreed with Solomon to give his daughter to him to produce an heir that will redeem his people.
That heir was Adronis the king of Rome.
It is said that the descendants of the first and third sons will one day join together and swap
kingdoms, and the earth will divided in two from Jerusalem.

3 Kebra Nagast 72. Concerning the King of Rome (Constantinople)

As to which city is Rome is a bit confusing.

7 Antiochus
After the fall of Egypt and Jerusalem to the Babylonians in 589 BC, the Greeks and the Persians
began to battle for control of the entire region. The Greeks eventually pushed deep into Persian
territory, taking over the entire region under Alexander the Great. Despite mutual dislike of the
slauter of Egypians by Alexander, the new rulers of this vast empire could not agree. After his death
a split occurred, one faction became the new Pharaoh's, the others the Seleucid Empire. There was
animosity between them that lasted until the Romans conquered them both.
Under the leadership of Seleucus II Callinicus who reigned from 346 to 225 BC, the empire
flourished, stretching from Karbul in the east to Jerusalem in the west. However over time the
Seleucid leaders became despised by the independent minded Hasmonean Jews. Especially in
Jerusalem where they waged a fierce war of independence against their Greek rulers. Antiochus IV
attempted to place the worship of Apollo in the temple of Solomon and this caused great anger.
Eventually the greeks were overthrown and the Jews gained independence and restored the worship
of their God to the temple.
This new balance of power persisted until the Romans defeated the Seleucid Empire and managed
to sway Israel under Roman influence, with Herrod the great. The Egyptians too came under Roman
influence and time of the Pharaohs ended. Ultimately the Romans would destroy the temple and
force all Jews to leave the holly land, not to be allowed back under pain of death.
The Romans then turned their attention to europe and the empire eventually split in two, the
Byzantine Empire continued for many years in the east and the western half eventually became the
Holly Roman Empire in the time of Charlemagne.
In the middle east it was Harun Al Rashid, portrayed in the Arabian Nights, who ruled from the city
which was formerly called Kallinikos (modern day Ar Ruqqah) and Bagdad between 786- 809, who
heralded a new area of prosperity for the region. Before the Crusades and Mongol invasions would
test the faith of the rulers.

8 Gospel of Barnabas
Jesus was just a man, but the mistake many people make is also to revere him as as a god. As if he
was not really human at all. This is an audacious crime that has never been fully uncovered. To
follow Jesus's teachings does not necessarily mean to idolise him.
The idea that he is God appears to have been the doing of the church in an effort to control his
message. The New Testaments designers carved up the teachings, leaving many books out all
together and altering others. This is used to enforce a particular religious order, using him as a
teacher but also as a god. It is similar to Apollo, the son of Zeus. Often real historical figures such
as Orpheus are give the title 'son of Apollo' in order to elevate their status to that of gods. This was
done with Jesus as well. This is a point made in the Quran many times. But the exact story of who
Jesus was is not revealed.
Eventually the forces of the two faiths, Christianity and Islam, in dispute over the issue, met in
Jerusalem to solve the problem once and for all. But they were unable to reconcile their religions.
The Crusaders tried to take total control over Jerusalem. They dared not destroy and the temple but
they damaged it. In the end were not strong enough to retain control and were forced to flee.

Interestingly this could mark the end of the age, if we use Hesiod's cycles of ages. Why the issues
were not settled at that time is a mystery. It did herald a new era of relative prosperity in western
Europe. And Islam reclaimed Jerusalem for almost 1000 years.
Eventually the Ottomans took over, ruling for the last 400 years, but by the turn of the 20 th century
they had grown corrupt and presided over an old feudal order which like that of the Tzars of Russia
had lost the legitimacy of the people. And the true meaning of the religion had disappeared.
Books like the Gospel of Barnabas were altered and kept hidden away in the Vatican. The true story
of Jesus remained contested and controversial. With few Christians questioning what was written in
their books. Judaism left a lot of room for an accurate understanding of how Jesus fits into the story,
and what happened after him. Many of these believers in Jesus were Jewish. But it was Islam that
left the most questions about Jesus unanswered.
If one looks at the catacombs of Rome for example, we see the early Jews and Christians used them
to hide from the relentless persecutions by the Roman state. People were murdered for who they
were, many died for their faith. The catacombs were refuge right in the heart of the most power
state on earth. Kept hidden for many years and left intact until friarly recently. Despite the clear
evidence of Jewish and Christian frescos on walls of tombs left completely intact, nowhere is there
any reference to the crucifixion of Jesus or any depictions of the death of Christ. This is clear
evidence that they did not regards the crucifixion as important.
Evidence for a sceptical account of the crucifixion emerges from the first century account in the
long lost Gospel of Judas, one of the books destroyed by the early church. A copy it seems had been
sitting in a New York bank for 50 years, it clearly dates to before 300 AD. It claims that it was not
Jesus who was crucified, but Judas. Confirming this account is the Gospel of Barnabas, a ancient
document thought to be lost but found in the Vatican. This leads one to speculate that the entire
story in the traditional gospels were made up and not a true account of Jesus life. It seems the truth
has been lost altogether. But it must be said that it is possible to cross over into death temporarily
and then manage to revive ones self, as long as your afflictions are not too severe. As the gospels do
seem to confirm.

9 Father and Son

Many things are said about who Jesus was, most common in these times is the idea that he was
married to Mary or that he had a son. When looking at historical documents about Jesus and his
followers, we see this was not the case. The Romans hated this new Christians because they thought
it would take their wives away from them or deny them children, as many converted to Christianity
and the belief in celibacy. This caused them to persecute Christians in an attempt to destroy the new
religion.
Jesus himself was almost certainly a person who did not marry or have children, in this sense he
represented the image of the eternal son. However it was the father who created the son. This is the
representation of the father as creation. These are the original concepts that forged the early
traditions and are still found in some churches today.
The reason the father became important, is that through Jesus actions in this world, he purified all
people creating for the vast expanse of the human race.
If you follow the wisdom and ideas of what Jesus contributed, you will surely find your life. This
message was well understood by those that had read the original scriptures but hidden to others.

10 Moses
When Moses went up to the top of mount Sinai to receive the ten commandments, the people
rebelled, they said they were not ready to live under the conditions they were given and anyway the
Canaanite tribes were too powerful to defeat. As a result they did not see the promised land for
another forty years.
Many people complain about their situation or refuse to do what is necessary in their lives, some
making religion the answer. But that doesn't help either. The Ark of the Covenant had ten
commandments written on to guide the Israelites once they had left Egypt. What is interesting is
that Moses seems to of broken those rules, but this is not the case. A correct reading suggests that
each rule is dependant on the first commandment which is worship God before obeying all others.
Like a pyramid, the most sacred rule is always at the top, the lesser at the bottom.
There are certain discrepancies in modern explanations about Moses. Firstly Rameses could not
have been the Pharaoh at the time of the exodus, this must have happened years earlier. The bible
does not say which Pharaoh it was. As to who it was should be looked at closely, but probably
before Akhenaten.
Secondly the story goes that Moses parted the Red Sea, a very big expanse of water, one of the
greatest miracles in the bible. To believe this requires faith. It is a testament to the knowledge the
ancients had.
Third it must be said that Moses father married his aunt (Exodus 6:20). Something not aloud in the
rules that the Israelites were given with the 10 commandments. When his mother was born, it is not
sure, but it is said that it was at the time of the Israelites move into Egypt. An example of how the
rules were applied in a unique manner.
Finally, it is said Moses himself took an Ethiopian wife, giving more legitimacy to Ethiopia's
possession of the Ark of the covenant.

11 Zeus
When one looks at the gods used by ancient societies, each has its own attributes and powers. For
example Zeus had lightning. Different cultures had different gods. Each aspect of life was
controlled by these gods. The planets and sun and moon were all the work of the gods, with a story
to explain how these celestial bodies came into being. They were central to there belief system
throughout the world. If any event occurred such as an earthquake, it was the work of the gods and
as a result of man's relationship to them. In order to appease the gods people had to modify their
behaviour. This was how Homer described the gods. But it was this relationship to a higher power
kind that kept Jeremiah locked away before the Babylonians destroyed Jerusalem. Or what took
Socrates to his death in the city of Athens. The basic message of change and notions of justice and a
better society in order to prevent social collapse or military defeat are common to all societies, no
matter what their beliefs. By your actions and doings you are preventing disaster. To the Greeks it
was the gods. Whether in their personal life or during battles or even strange unexplained events.
As with many gods each acting independently, or in counsel, the idea of one God has moulded all
these deities into one all encompassing, all powerful being, in control of the universe and
everything in it. Each religion that came from this idea has different versions of events, and uses
different aspects of this basic belief to focus on.
However today there is a drifting away from the true understanding of the concept of God. Each

sect offering help on what it means with science caught in the middle with non believers. But to the
early Israelites the difference between gods and one God was very important. The ultimate success
of the kingdom of Israel depended on them destroying all notions of different gods. This was the
same motivation of setting up worship of this one God at the Kaaba, the house built by Abraham for
this purpose. It was this full accurate worship of a true deity that built the success of modern world
religions today. Yet an understanding of justice and social responsibility was common to all great
individuals.

12 Gabriel
The figure of the angel Gabriel, which means 'God is mighty' in the bible, weaves like a tapestry
through the literature of the Israelites, Christians and Muslims.
It was the angel Gabriel that plays a prominent role in the accounts of Kebra Nagast, guarding over
priests and helping the young Menellek obtain the Ark. It was the angel Gabriel who helped in
establishing worship at the Kaaba and guided the Prophet in his works.
The concept of an angel is a very important link between these stories. Many have speculated that
angels are spirits of the dead or realms of another world, or more simply life forms from other parts
of the universe. What ever the case they are powerful figures to the ancients and are often cited as
reasons for miracles. It is said that if necessary God can summon an army of angels far greater than
any of those in opposition.

13 The Red Queen

There was a time before European expansion that people of the world where much more
constrained in their movements than they are now. Each culture and region developed with much
less influence from those further afield. But if one goes back far enough you find evidence that
there where those traveled great distances. Despite contact between them reaching far back in time,
each part of the world developed different customs and traits. If we look at the world 1000 years
ago for example, we see vast differences in what was tolerated and what was encouraged by
various cultures, and many similarities too.
The customs that surrounded the pyramids in Mexico were similar to those in Egypt. Yet in fact in
some respects they couldn't be further apart. They both mummified their dead, a practice found in
many parts of the world, they had their sacred writings and practices. But if you look at their worlds
they were different.
The Inca Red Queen for example who lived 1400 years ago in Peru had developed a unique
tradition of enlarged craniums, something they were clearly born with, a result of their traditions
and practices. Often involving some form of cactus plant and other hallucinogenics said to be used
while walking along the nazca lines in a trance.
This was at the same time as the dawn of Islam in Arabia. How would the two worlds related to
each other if they were able to communicate and travel between them the way it is possible today.
Thousands of years of tradition and belief would have to be reconciled based on values that are
shared by all. What certainly would unite them is the common rejection of the modern colonial
order.

14 Galileo
Galileo discovered something very important that the Greeks and Egyptians had not fully
understood. For many years after that, though they may of suspected it, they completely
disregarded. The earth was moving. Nicholas Copernicus had originality published the idea. And a
few others agreed with him. That the earth was round, had always been suspected, the moon's
shadow is curved, causing one to suspect it is actually the earth's shadow. But this was pure
speculation.
By looking at the way the reflection of Venus changes its shape throughout the year, Copernicus
concluded that it was the suns reflection on the changing position of the planet, thus showing that
the earth and moon were moving.
Ultimately this fact had a great impact of our understanding of astrology and religion.
With the modern developments in space exploration we have now changed the way we view the
universe and our place in it forever. Yet still many of the old understanding remain just as valid
today, and may eventually proved correct, such as that the earth may be the centre of the universe.
Even today there are many of these miss conceptions about life and the universe that will reveal
themselves in the future.

15 King Arthur
King Arthur was a christian of Roman and English ancestors. In his time, the 5 th century, the idea of
worshiping the God of the Israelites was still very new. And very much contested. But in this pre
Islamic era it became the dominant religion. His story is the foundation of the rise of christianity in
Europe. The story predates the crusades unlike the legend of Robin Hood, who's rebellion against
the authorities can seen as criticism of the foreign wars of Richard the Lion heart.
In the legend of King Arthur, the king returns the sword of the Lady of the Lake back to where it
originated after the ill fated end of his romance with Genevere. The legend tells that the knights will
again return in time to reclaim their place.
Key to the story is the Holy Grail and the tale of Percival, who's older brother was African. In the
early versions writings on Percival, the grail was not the cup Jesus drank from at the last supper but
a meteorite.
This object descended from the sky in the hands of Mary as the knights were all gathered together
at the round table. The feeling of warmth and happiness that overtook the gathered knights during
this event was so strong that they vowed to search for the grail until they found it.
Percival had seen the elaborately decorated grail at the castle of Fisher King. Percival together with
Lancelot's son Galahad tracked down the grail. There are different versions of what happens but the
gail does not return to King Arthurs court.
This is the beginning of the the disaster that will befall the knights and a testament to power of the
grail. It can be said that this story prepares Britain for the religion of Islam which centres around a
meteorite.

16 Rock Gods
There are people who it seems, in death, have gained immortality through their contribution to
humanity. None more so than in the modern era.

In these times texts and mummification have been replaced by music and film. Though much of it is
passing and fades with time, it serves the same purpose. This form will surely last a very long time,
but it was those that adopted this new art at the very start of its arrival that set the bench mark.
People such as Charlie Chaplin and The Marxs brothers were able take the space that was provided
and use it successfully before the full implication of what there were doing was realised.
As technology evolved, we found the greatest figures. One can list the performers that will last the
test of time, but as methods improve and the world changes many artists from around the world will
emerge. It can be said there are a pantheon of different icons throughout different regions and
genre. There are many musicians, with their larger that life figures, each with their unique
contributions and cross variants that will live ages and ages. Different cultures with unique sounds.
Often the contributions of unknown spirits of the past and monuments such as Stonehenge draw out
peoples experiences.
As the world is caught in the grip of media domination by large corporations and individual
governments much of the music and films are restricted and left out of playlists. This is an
idealogical war that prevents alternative views from emerging. This too will change with time.

17 Revelation
Revelations is a vision of John of Patmos. In the vision Jesus stands before him holding seven stars
representing the angels of the seven golden candle sticks or the seven churches. Though these seven
churches are in modern day Turkey, as the vision is analysed over the many years it seems to have
grown with the world and the legend of Jesus.
As I was reading these messages one day listening to UB40's 'The earth dies screaming' I looked at
the bathroom sink and saw seven holes in the drain of the sink. All sinks have them. It is a basic
pattern of six holes round the outside and one in the middle. You could see it another way as the star
of David.
Each one of the candlesticks represents a church in this circle around the star of David, with one
candlestick in the middle.
Then you impose a map of the earth onto it. With the holly land in the middle. You get: South
America, North America, Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa at each corner.

Each Candlestick has a different judgement. All seem to be quite damning on various parts of the
world, except Africa or Philadelphia which is given the new name for God and the new Jerusalem
which is coming down from heaven. Though Africa is see as less powerful in the world, it avoids
the great temptation that is to come to the earth.
This is a message from Jesus to all the cultures and religions of the world.
After this a great king arrives with a scroll written on both sides, with seven seals ready to be
opened. The seven seals can correspond to these seven elements. Man (or life on earth), the
universe, the seasons, earth, the moon, the sun and God.
Many things happen and there is great tribulation on the earth until it finally stops and peace and
justice again returns to the earth.

18 The Beast
The concept in the book of Revelations of 'the beast', known by the number 666. There is a
misconception that this is person or institution like a government or company.
The beast takes your soul, it turns good people away from their core humanity and twists and
disfigures the soul. Each individual has a personal contribution to the world and a unique destiny to
fulfil. People need to be guided by a society that understands a spiritual path and helps them rather
than puts obstacles in their way, a society that is much better at taking control of human behaviour.
But people turn away from each other and reject the those who help them.
The book of Revelations is described as a vision of the world in the future. It could be applied to
Roman times, or to today, but which exact time it describes is of less relevance than the timeless
message it conveys.

19 The nature of God

There is a force that is unseen and takes no human form. It is responsible for creation. It guides
evolution to his own desires. It expands the population and breaks down borders. This is the unseen
at work throughout the universe. Causing rain to fall plants and animals to flourish and grow. When
a person does good or bad, it responds with correction or blessings depending on your actions.
When these things happen, people have to analyse it for themselves and label it something. The
ancients called it God, as is written, or many different gods by others. Battles took place over this
issue and eventually it was settled as such. To modern people the idea seem logical. But today belief
is described in its fundamental scientific form and not given any higher significance. Something
that was basic to all different cultures and religions of the past.
One theory is that this is the work of aliens. Advanced civilizations from distant corners of the
universe that are watching us. In the 18th century is was popular to say that there was life on the
moon and planets in our solar system. Many American presidents took this as fact. Yet it turned out
to be false. So now we have to think bigger. But how would they get here without some kind of
hyper fast vessel not made of any matter that can be seen or detected. If so, would they not behave
as gods would in so many ancient religions, so they were called gods to them. And if there are many
creatures in the unseen world. Why not class them all as creations of the supreme God and angels
and jins unseen by us. If life in the universe exists surly it could attest to this.

20 Adonai
In historical documents such as the dead sea scrolls and other ancient biblical texts, they did not
simply say 'The Lord' when speaking about God as modern translations portray. There were many
other names used with subtly different meanings. El meaning Lord was one, giving meaning to
names such as Gabriel (strength of God) or Israel (struggles with God). There were many names
used for different purposes. Allah was one traditional Aramaic name used widely. However most
common term used in texts YHWH. This was a sacred name pronounced or spoken only in the
temple in Jerusalem. As the temple was destroyed the exact pronunciation has been lost. Some have
interpreted this as Jehovah.
Adonai was often used in its place as a more suitable term and found in many ancient texts. This

was the name to be used in prayer and meant 'Lord' or 'Master'.

Adonai is similar to the greek god Adonis and Solomon's third son Adronis. In recent years a new
name for God has been used, a shortened version similar to Jehovah, Jah. On of many used to
describe the same omnipotent being.

21 Lawrence of Arabia
At the time of World War I, the French, British and American forces decided to carve the middle
east up into many different states formally part of the Ottoman Empire ruled from Istanbul. The
Arab tribes were tricked into thinking that helping the allies to bring down the Ottoman empire
would result in their lasting freedom. However instead it was used to divide and rule over the
different factions. The main issue of Palestine was secured for British rule and then given over to
the new Israeli state. A fact that angered many local people to such a great extent that kings and
princes were assassinated for being seen to be helping the western powers maintain control over
their lands.

22 Troy
The long war between the Trojans and the Greeks and the voyage of Odysseus are set in a world
filled with gods and mythical creatures. Homer does not say when or where this took place, but
clues from other sources such as Hesiod place the myth much further back in time than the accepted
date of 1200 BC. Possibly as much as 1000 years earlier to this.
Where the site of Troy was originally located has also been speculated on. The most likely place
according to some accounts was Jerusalem itself. The island of Ithaca it seems remains in the same
place called Ithaca today as it did all those years ago.
Priam, the king of Troy, had fifty sons and many daughters. His son Paris kidnaped Helen the apple
of discord was thrown into the room were the goddesses were attending a wedding. A fight between
them broke out as to who was the most beautiful, causing Aphrodite to temp Paris into stealing
Helen, and was thus the cause of the Trojan war.

23 Twelve Tribes of Israel

Jesus had twelve apostles. Jacob had 12 son, as did Isaac. And Bob Marley had twelve children,
Peter Tosh similarly. Zeus had many children too as did Apollo. The story of Zeus and his wife Hera
revolve around her constant anger at Zeus for his infidelity. This is the basis of ancient Greek
myths.
But the true spirit of the Israelites is reflected in the twelve tribes of Israel. Which can be seen as the
12 months of the year. We have seen the view from the moon, looked deep into the stars and other
galaxies. The human race has grown up and now are starting to know cultures from different parts
of the world. It is time we forget about boundaries and nations and act as a united people. With
these ideas and contributions to guide us.

24 Confucius
In order to create music effectively you need drums, melody building up to a crescendo. This was
described by Confucius along with many sayings that are preserved in his books on how one should
conduct their affairs

The judging of the dead and the weighing of the soul.

25 The Sphinx Stella

.One of these days it happened, when the king's son Tutmosis had arrived on his journey about
the time of mid day, and had stretched himself to rest in the shade of this great god, that sleep
overtook him.
He dreamt in his slumber at the moment when the sun was at the zenith, and it seemed to him as
though this great god spoke to him with his own mouth, just as a father speaks to his son,
addressing him thus:'Behold me, look at me, thou, my son Tutmosis. I am your father Horemkhu, Kheper, Ra, Tmu. The
kingdom shall be given to you and you shall wear the white crown and the red crown on the throne
of the earth-god Seb, the youngest among the gods. The world shall be yours in its length and its
breadth, as far as the light of the eye of the lord of the universe shines. Plenty and riches shall be
yours; the best from the interior of the land, rich tributes from all nations; long years shall be
granted to you as your term of life. My countenance is gracious towards you, and my heart clings to
you; I will give you the best of all things.
'The sand of the district in which I have my existence has covered me up. Promise me that you will
do what I wish in my heart; then shall I know whether you are my son, my helper. Go forward let
me be united to you.
After this Tutmosis awoke, and he repeated all these speeches, and he understood the meaning of
the words of the god and laid them up in his heart, speaking thus with himself: 'I see how the
dwellers in the temple of the city honour this god with sacrificial gifts without thinking of freeing
from the sand the work of Khaf- Ra, the statue which was made to Tmu- Horemkhu' .
