Finish the radio/dispatch system and have it in use.
Nail down two more Fire Station locations and have them in the
Towns possession. Cook Lane being one of those.
Continue working with PISD on the EMT/Nurse program.
Start construction on Fire Station 2.
Spec and order the equipment for Fire Station 2.
Changing over to a new billing collection company for our EMS runs.

Join the National Lethality Program - through the Office on Violence Against
Women, US DOJ.

$1,412,500 Collin County Grant Funding for Coleman Road Project
(Prosper Trail Preston Road).

Frontier Park Temporary Parking Lot (joint project with Public Works).
$425,000 Collin County Parks and Open Space Grant Funding towards the purchase
of the Patin property.
Closed on the Patin property (1/15/15).
