RESPONSBILITY OF MUSLIMS
1. Response should be the obedience to Islamic law
2. Scholarly work would help to sensitize west regarding the sentiments of Muslims
with respect to the issue. Should spread awareness about the limits.
3. Comparison programs of Islam with different major religions of world should be
inaugurated.
4. State and authorities should investigate the reality behind the accusation: should
not be a blame regarding some vested interests.

WHO IS COMPETANT ATHOURITY TO ENFORCE PUNISHMENT?

1. People at the helm of authority, state has the right
2. Common masses has no right until state do not ask for it
3. Discuss Sulaiman Taseers case and Lahore incident

CONCLUSION
Some amendments required in the blasphemy law. Address the whole issue
comprehensively.
