The ZEiTECS Shuttle delivers groundbreaking technology
and applies proven technology in new ways to optimize
your production. The innovative ZEiTECS Shuttle
technology consists of three main elements:
z A permanent downhole power installation
z A downhole docking station
z A wireline conveyed shuttle system with wet-mate
connectors
The permanent components of the system are installed on
tubing in the same way as a traditional ESP and requires
virtually the same running and testing procedures.
From there, the deployment is on wireline and the unique
patented ZEiTECS Shuttle docking system connects the
ESP system to the fixed downhole power supply. This plug
and play technology is designed to work with any
manufacturers ESP system (pump, motor and seal/
protector), allowing an operator to use their vendor of choice
and to easily deploy the optimal ESP to match current well
requirements.
The Shuttles retrievable ESP sensor permits full monitoring
of the downhole operating conditions.
Finally, because the Shuttle is deployed using standard
wireline technology it is fully compatible with wireline
tractor deployment in deviated wells.
