You can grant collection plan specific privileges to the user groups you have created. You can
enable user groups to update specific collection plans, or view, update, enter, and delete quality
results for specific collection plans.
 
In this topic, you will grant collection plan privileges.

2. Click the Manufacturing and Distribution Manager link.

4. Use the Grant Privileges page to assign collection privileges to a user group you
have defined.

Select a user group in the Grantee field.

INSPECTORS".

7. Use the Collection Plan field to associate the collection plan to the user group
for which they will be assigned privileges.

ACTION IMP PLAN".

• Change Plan, to enable users to update the current collection plan.
• Enter Results, to enter quality results for the current collection plan.
• View Results, to enable users to view quality results for the collection plan.
• Update Results, to enable users to update quality results for the
current collection plan.
• Delete Results, to enable users to delete quality results for the
current collection plan.
