are differentiated skills in a managers because they can be aware of
issues before they became problems durring the project.

abilities very important to maintain the performance and concentration
at work.
4) Leadership Skills: Be energetic, positive, work together with the
team shows credibility for the leader.
5) Coping Skills: Know how to deal with flexibility, creativiy,
patience and persistence.
6) Technological skill: Experience and project knowledges required
for each kid of project.
