Communication&Monitoringmatters
Communicationisofoutmostimportanceinordertohaveasuccessfulproject.Allpartners
agreedtocommunicateanyqueriesorifproblemsorchangestotheoriginalplansoccur.
Untilthewebsiteisupandrunningwewillusethefollowingmeansofcommunicationin
thisorderofimportance:email,wiki,etwinningandFacebookgroup.Inurgentmatterswe
willcall/skypeeachother.
Inbetweenthemeetingsandactivitiesathomeandinthepartnerschoolswewillhaveregular
onlinemeetings,usinggooglehangoutsorSkypeorwhatisthemostidealforthegroup.
Eachpartnerisresponsibletocarryouttheactivitiesstatedintheapplication.
Ifproblemsarise,itmustbecommunicatedtotheotherpartnersaswellasthecoordinator.
Flexibilityinhowthedifferentschoolsachieveoptimalresultsaslongasitgoesalongwith
whathasbeendecidedattheM1meeting.

 Whenthemobilitytool+isavalableandthelinkwillbesenttousfromtheNA,itis
importanttouseitfordocumentationssincethatisthewaytheNAwillmonitorouractivities.
Allactivitiesinsertedwillprovidenecessaryproofandeliminatetheriskforbudgetcutbacks.

TheSIFAprojectwasgiventhefullamount.Noreductionofthebudget.
Administrationmoneycanbeusedformobilities,however,moneythathasbeenearmarked
formobilities
cannot
beusedforadministration.
Theadministrationcostscanalsobeusedfortravels,board,lodgingwhenthereisnotenough
moneyforthat.
Wehavedecidedthatwewilluseadministrationcostsbuyingadomainnameandhosting
services,creatingawebsite(onlythebasicstructure,notthecontent),ifneededbuyingweb
2.0services,material(leaflets,brochures,etc),advertisement,organizingpresentations,
consumables,telephonebills,etc.,expensesfororganizingtransnationalmeetings,
publications,forexampleacademicpapers,etc.Asaresultofthismeetingthatwedoagree
thatsuchexpensesarenecessaryforthegoodoutcomeofthisproject.
Anestimateofcostsforvisitingshouldbepresentedatleastthreeweeksbeforethevisit
Thehostingschoolwillsendthedraftoftheprogrammeaswellasthecostsassoonas
possible(notlaterthantwoweekspriortothevisit).

Duringpreparation(A2)hostgiveshomework(Austriain15days),duringmeetings(C)there

andthetopic.Duringthese,studentscoulddefineeachtopic,analyzeandcategorizefeatures,
issues,differentkindofproblemsetc.

 Researchwillbedoneintwoways.Moregeneralresearchwithpretestnow(Nov2014)and
Posttest(June2016)(workinM1,A7,A8)andasmallerscaleresearchbeforeandaftereach
shorttermmeeting(Austria,Norway,etc.)(workinM1,A2,A8).Researchwillserveasan
intellectualoutputthatisbeyondplagiarismandupgradesthequalityoftheresults,butitwill
alsoserveasatoolforinternalevaluation.

Finallytherewillbeactivitiesinordertoknowthecultureofthecountrywherethemeetingis
held.

Preferrableboysarehostedbyboysandgirlsbygirls(otherwiseweneedtobenotified).
Thehostparentsareresponsibleforthevisitingstudents(notthehoststudent).
Thehostfamilyshouldprovidethevisitingstudent/swithbreakfast,packedlunchanddinner
(unlesseveningeventsareplanned)andmakesurethevisitingstudentsgettoandfrom
activities.
Eachhostcountrywillhaveanintegrationeveninganditisuptothehostcountrywhether
theywanttoincludetheparentsinthiseveningornot.
Eachpartnerschoolistosendinformationtothehostcountryaboutthestudentscomingto
themeetingthreeweeksinadvancetoenablematchingthestudentsbeforehand.
