Transforming Initiative 3: Establish a culture where staff and students

work together to promote leadership in the classrooms, throughout our
school, and in our community.
[By focusing on our culture, we are determining that leadership is a foundation idea that
can be taught in the context of the other subjects Franklin Covey (2014). To implement,
we must have an understanding of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and create an
implementation plan that includes developing a common language among our school and
a recognition process to highlight leadership qualities.]
