2.1.Brief Background of the Study
Bohol is an agrarian province. Most of its municipalities are cover with rice fields and
mostly of its residents have a parcel of rice field. In the place where I conducted my study in
Calape, Bohol, the problem mostly of the farmers is that some of the milling factory has
defective machines which can't accommodate the needs of the farmers while some trick the
farmers by replacing their harvest with the old stock of the factory.
2.2. Objectives of the Study

To meet the needs of the farmers regarding on milling their harvest.


To provide the farmers with quality services in milling their harvest.
To have a knowledge on milling and what are the latest in the milling industry in
order to serve the needs of the farmers better..
