MACHINE SB 51-1
Vertical form-, fill- and seal-machine in utilized modular construction
for stick portion bags (Stick-packs), vertical construction. This machine
was specially designed to produce small sized sample bags and
portion bags at high operating speeds and with appropriate additional
attachments. It is suited for the packaging of:
1. Powdered products (even with heavy dust development) such
as coffee shortener, instant coffee, ground spices, medical
powders, milk powder and instant soups, cappuccino.
2. Granular products such as sugar, salt, unground spices, medical
granules, silicious gel.
3. Small piece goods such as ear stoppers, sweets, saccharin,
tablets, grains.
4. Liquids, cremes, pastes such as alcohol, coffe-syrup, sugarmilk,
chocolate drink, dressing sauces, mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup,
gel, soft cheese, butter.
The machine is equipped to handle all current heatsealable wrapping
materials and special foils.

Operating Principle
From the wrapping material reel the machine forms the bag,
fills it by means of the corresponding dosing unit, and cuts it off.
Photocell unit centers the bag length for the print.
Feeding and Dosing Systems
Different types of feeding and dosing systems which can be easily
changed are available. Please inquire about these accessories.
All parts from our modular systems are compatible for later
modification.

Technical Features
