Array Technologies, Inc. (ATI) is a pioneer in solar tracking and enjoys

a worldwide reputation as an innovative solar industry leader. Array
Technologies, Inc. began in 1992 as an outgrowth of engineer Ron Corios
consulting work with a small solar concentrator module research and
development company, the Wattsun Corporation, which had been founded
in 1985. Mr. Corio purchased the assets of the Wattsun Corporation and
continued operations as a new corporate entity, Array Technologies.
Today, in addition to residential and commercial solar tracking and racking
solutions, a majority of the companys business is in the utility market
producing large-scale tracking and racking ground mount systems,
and holds a strong position as the recognized market leader.
