WELCOME TO AggFlow Design & Manage (AggFlowDM)

Key Concepts:
Control and access all projects from one screen (Control Panel)
No one can ever see your companies or folders. They are unique to your login.
Other users can only see projects that you invite them to see.
If you have been invited to a project, the company name and project will appear on the list.

AggFlow can simulate any real-life plant or equipment scenario.

The Value Of AggFlow How To Use the Program

Survey the Plant
Gather as much equipment data as possible including crusher make/model/settings; screen sizes; conveyor length and sizes, etcetera.

Layout the Simulation

Place the equipment on the worksheet and designate equipment settings and material flows to match the actual plant set-up.
Calculations provide the theoretical capacity of the equipment

Take Field Measurements and Establish a Benchmark

Take field measurements at critical points in the plant. Enter the field data into the simulation using the Sample
Buckets feature, verify the simulation accuracy and establish the plant benchmark.

Compare Results and Identify Improvements

Compare calculated theoretical results to actual performance and identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Then
conduct what-if? scenarios and determine changes to improve performance and reduce product variability.

AggFlow can be extremely accurate. It is dependent upon the information you provide.

The Value Of AggFlow How To Use the Program

Understanding the Practice Behind the Theory
Most aggregate producers know exactly how much material their plant makes. But they often do
not know how much it is capable of making. In reality, most plants are under-utilized. By
comparing the actual field results to calculated results AggFlow users can identify bottlenecks and
inefficiencies in the plant, then accurately asses potential changes to fully utilize the operation.
Aggregate plant simulation requires basic assumptions about the material and equipment be made;
is the equipment fully-loaded or under-loaded?; is the material wet or dry?; hard or soft? AggFlow
provides the ability to evaluate and simulate all plant components and basic assumptions.
AggFlow will not miraculously identify why a plant is operating sub-optimally. It will identify and
highlight deviation from the theoretical capability of the plant or the established benchmark. Plant
managers and engineers can then decide what, if anything, should be done about the deviations and
simulate unlimited what-if? scenarios to accurately assess the impact of potential changes.
Likewise, Equipment Dealers and Consultants can use the program to compare and contrast the
impact of different machinery and plant set-ups. The program is also an excellent tool for
designing new plants in order to optimize the proposed plant layout and identify what equipment
will best meet intended goals.
