1/3 cup red onion, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
water crackers
Directions:
1.set bluecheese aside
2.combine remaining ingredients in a bowl
3.add blue cheese
4.cover and let stand at room temperature 2
5..serve on a crackers
