We send our greetings to missionaries who are serving North America, the Rome of this age, in the name of Christ.
We pray that the New Years Conference messages of one heart, whole heart, and continuation for the experience of
the evangelists in the Age of the RUTC, continue to be fulfilled in your churches and fields of ministry. As it had been
always a concern to provide such short period of time for RCA Leaders Retreats and making it difficult to train
Remnant Leaders, we have prepared a training tour throughout the U.S., in the midst of prayer.
The Team Leaders Department of the RCA Executive Committee pray that the Remnant movement would continue to
rise in each church and region. We ask for your concern and cooperation for the training that we have in store for you.
1. Training objectives
1) Spirituality training for team leaders and group leaders (ministry workers)
2) Understanding the roles of team leaders through team leaders training
3) Preparing in prayer as team leaders prior to the conference
4) Understanding the Remnant system per region and the system of ministry workers

1) First leg: Spirituality training

Tri-state (NY, NJ, and Philadelphia) and New England: October 5 (Sunday) at Immanuel Church of New York
West Coast: October 10 (Friday) - 11 (Saturday) - location TBA (Los Angeles)
* All other regions will be given video messages
(3) Topics: Spiritual training and first round of leadership training

2) Second leg: Training for team leaders and group leaders
(1) Lecturer: Rev. Samuel Park, Rev. Joshua Shin, and Rev. Lee Kyo-hyun

3. Eligible participants
1) Prospective attendees of RCA 2014 Leaders Retreat
2) Must be older than 9th grade and must have been recommended by the senior pastor
3) Remnant teachers, ministry workers, and assistant pastors
