Guidelines

The Conference organizers have reserved your accommodation of one-night stay for single
person in Marriot Hotel. Please see your workshop/key note session timings and suggest your
arrival/departure preferences accordingly.
2. The Conference Organizers will send you e-ticket of Economy Class only as per your given plan.
3. If youre traveling by road/air at your own then please keep your fuel receipts/air ticket, the
Conference Organizers will reimburse you accordingly.
4. This is a volunteer speaking opportunity.
5. 300 Conference participants have been selected through a peer review process and the U.S.
Embassy is covering their boarding and lodging to attend 3-day conference in Islamabad.
