The concentration of the formulations in a new alkaline solution is between 0.1 and 0.3 %, which
is equivalent to at least 0.01 % surfactant. The consumption of surfactant depends on the degree
of soiling of the alkaline solution. It is about 10 20 g per 1000 bottles cleaned. In addition the
formulations themselves can be used for adjusting the defoaming action.
