Job Profile: The job responsibility includes interacting with the
clients and new customer for the collection of bills and punching the
monetary items in the SAP. Renewing and taking new AMC are also
an integral part of this job.
Major achievement:
Getting a regular Best AMC target achiever award from
Regional Manager from since last Six quarter.
Major points related to my profile are: AMC Collection as per business requirements on wk+vly &
mon+vly basis.
Providing the training for Fresher Enggs to the concern deptt.

on site follow up for the same with plant.
Handling of technical escalations & its followup.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Proposal for Clients, Servers
& Peripherals.
Making AMC Award Letter & Proposals.
Total AMC Database reports generate on excels sheet & Site.
AMC coordination & updating (i.e. Payment Pending & Collected )
Handling NIG project multi locations collected the Installation
