RESUMEN
La actividad fsica realizada de manera continua mnimo tres veces por semana
es importante para mantener un estilo de vida saludable, lo cual, en un futuro
prevendra la aparicin de las enfermedades no trasmisibles y de malos
hbitos.
El objetivo de este estudio fue aplicar un plan de acondicionamiento fsico a los
estudiantes de la Escuela Nacional del Deporte
de I a IV semestre de
SUMMARY
The physical activity carried out on a continued minimum three times a week is
important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which, in a future prevent the
emergence of the diseases not transmitted and the bad habits.
The objective of this study was implementing a plan of physical conditioning to
students of the National School of Sport I through IV half of physiotherapy,
apply at least one hour and 30 minutes from time by meeting, three times a
week, divided into day in the morning and afternoon, during the working days, in
3 months (September-November and December) of 2009; It made the call to
400 students of which 27 of them participated on a continuous, of these, was

sedentary lifestyle.
At the start of the program is conducted an assessment of the physical
capacities, where he met a reduced level of these according to the test applied,
then to implement the plan that focuses on improving the physical conditions of
the individual who found initially. It was home with a load of training mild, which
was progressively increase according to the progress of the group, the end of
the program are evaluated for the second time under the same parameters
applied the initial test, where to compare and analyze the data obtained, there
is a marked improvement in the physical condition of each individual. As a
