GLOBE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MINIMUM BILLING: $100.00 (Invoiced)
PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notification.
EXPORT PACKING: No charge is added for our standard palletized, shrink wrapped and steel banded packing. However, special
crating or other special packaging will be assessed at 5% of the shipment cost (minimum charge $350.00).
TERMS: Net 30 Days subject to Credit Department approval. Open account terms are extended to those who supply our Credit
Department with satisfactory credit references. Delinquent accounts are subject to 1 1/2% monthly (18% annual rate) service
charge. All expenses of collection and reasonable legal fees incurred by Globe by reason of buyer default become the buyer's
responsibility. OVERSEAS sales terms are Letter of Credit, pre-payment, or as mutually agreed. Net 30 Days Terms do not apply
to overseas sales.
RETURNED CHECKS: A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
DELIVERY: All shipments will be F.O.B Standish, MI, or shipping point. Method of shipment to be designated by buyer. If not so
designated, shipper will determine best method in his judgment.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS: GLOBE reserves the right to make partial shipments unless otherwise noted on the original purchase
order.
CANCELLATIONS: GLOBE reserves the right to charge a $75.00 fee for cancelled orders.
RETURNED GOODS: In order that materials may be returned and handling expedited, THE PURCHASER MUST REQUEST
AND RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE FROM THE COMPANY PRIOR TO
RETURN OF ANY MERCHANDISE. Such merchandise shall be returned freight prepaid, accompanied by a packing slip
referencing the original shipment, and packing in such a manner to insure receipt in good condition. Returned merchandise in
unused condition, which was currently shipped in accordance with the purchaser's order, is subject to a minimum handling charge
of $50.00 or 25% of the amount charged for the merchandise being returned - whichever is greater - plus all freight charges.
Refunds will not be issued; credit issued must be used against future purchases. All specialty items of a resale or made-to-order
nature are subject to cancellation or return ONLY by written permission and agreement to pay any costs already incurred. Dry
type sprinklers are custom-made and are non-returnable.
TAXES: Any local, State, or Federal sales or excise tax now or later levied, for which we may be liable on a sale, shall be charged
to and paid by the buyer. If a buyer is exempt from paying certain taxes, a Tax Exemption Certificate should be on file in our office.
CLAIMS: Damaged or lost goods in transit should be promptly reported to the carrier. Any claims for loss or damaged shall be the
responsibility of the buyer, unless reported within 10 days of the invoice date. Any error in shipment of the material should be
reported to Globe Fire Sprinkler Corporation immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
WARRANTY: Listed and approved sprinkler products and devices manufactured bo Globe Fire Sprinkler Corporation are
produced in strict accordance with standard quality control procedures. We warrant our products to be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacing, at our
plant, any parts thereof whice shall, within one year after delivery to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, be demonstrated to be
defective. In order to accomplish demonstration of defectiveness, the parts claimed to be defective must be sent by the original
purchaser to Globe Fire Sprinkler Corporation, 4077 Airpark Drive, Standish, MI 48658. Globe shall not be liable under any terms
of this warranty if the defective part is not submitted to Globe for inspection. This warranty does not extend to incidental or
consequential damages of any nature. In no event shall Globe Fire Sprinkler Corporation be liable, in contract, tort, strict liability or
under any other legal theory, for incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor charges,
regardless of whether Globe Fire Sprinkler Corporation was informed about the possibility of such damages, and in no event shall
Globe Fire Sprinkler Corporation liability exceed an amount equal to the sales price. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS for purpose intended.No
person, firm or corporation is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
LIABILITY: Globe assumes no penalty or liability for delays in shipping due to fire, strikes, transportation, or circumstances
beyond our control. Receipt of goods shall waive all claims of delay.

Globe will paint concealed cover plates with any lacquer based colors from a customer supplied swatch and paint sample.
Please Note: We use Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paints. The standard finish for special painted covers is SemiGloss. Flat and Satin finishes is also available upon request. Metallic colors and Egg-Shell finishes are NOT available.
*Set-up charges:
For up to 500 plates painted the same color - $600.00 list price. For each additional plate over 500 add $7.00 list price.
Paint charge per 1-gallon paint is $90.00 (1 gallon of paint per 500 cover plates).
