STIPULATED ORDER

JESSE DILLON WERKMEISTER,

Defendant.

This matter came before the Court on the parties joint request for the
Court to enter judgment consistent with the parties agreement as set forth below.
The State is represented by the Sac County Attorney, Ben Smith. The defendant
is represented by his attorney, Chuck Schulte.
The Court, upon reviewing the record and being advised in the premises
FINDS that the SCA Smith represented to the Court that on January 21, 2015,
the parties stipulated that defendant will plead guilty, will be sentenced to time
served, and will pay the minimum fine, court costs, and court-appointed attorney
fees.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that, based upon the agreement of the
parties, the defendant shall be and is adjudged guilty of the crime of assault, a
simple misdemeanor in violation of Iowa Code section 708.2(6).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant shall pay the minimum fine
of $65, court costs in the amount of $60, and court-appointed attorney fees in the
amount approved by the State Public Defender.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED any bond entered herein shall be and is
exonerated.
The Defendant is HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above-amounts become
past-due if not paid within thirty (30) days of this Order.
