Dear Arch. Servidad:

We call your attention regarding all unfinished and rectification works which
need to be done in the following units:

Please see attached punchlists made on the said units for you to finish or
rectify. The first three units should have been delivered last 16 August 2012 while
Unit 5, Block 7 should have been delivered last 5 September 2012, but until now,
there are still plenty of works that need to be done. Hence, we are giving you until
19 November 2012 to finish all the rectification works as specified in the punchlists.
Your failure to heed this demand will constrain us to file the necessary actions for
damages before the courts and for us to enforce the ten percent penalty for delay
on the completion time under Paragraph 3 of our Construction Contract.
Please remember that during our last meeting you all promised to finish the
works at the site but until today, you have not sent your workers to finish the said
units. This constitutes abandonment and we will not think twice in resorting to
courts to obligate you to finish your undertakings under our Construction Contract.
Also, we would like to follow up the completion of all eight roofing materials
which we have already ordered and paid to you. Please see attached Quotations,
Purchase Orders and Official Receipts evidencing payment. You have until 10
November to finish these roofing materials. We, however, reserve our right to
demand the installation of the paid roofing materials for our ninth unit, Unit 4 Block
11.
