Instructions for Order Input

1) Complete all information listed on the DNA Sequencing Order Form.
2) Email completed DNA Sequencing Order Form and indicate sample collection time.

Data Output
1) Soft copies of Electropherogram and sequence in text file will be sent through e-mail.
2) Print-outs of coloured electropherogram & DNA Sequencing Report available at separate charge. Please enquire.
