The proposed redevelopment of the encumbered plot at
Agripada has been taken up as a cluster re-development proposal
by obtaining the consent of the occupiers who have appointed us
(M/s Spining World Enterprises) as the developer. The resolution
from the society of the occupiers to that effect has already been
obtained.
We have been appointed as a developer because of our
reputation for successful execution of such projects. We are
recognized developers in the locality for efficient and competent

BENEFITS OF THE RENEWAL SHEME


The proposed renewal scheme is proposed on a plot having dilapidated structure
in the form of primary school & nurses quarters. The renewal scheme will
provide the following benefits to MCGM:
1. A completely newly constructed school building with provision of modern
facilities free of cost.
2. A good quality of Physical R.G. with playground reservation will also be made
available free of cost.
3. The nurses quarters existing at site lack in modern facilities. The same will be
reconstructed with modern facilities free of cost.
4. The sewage pumping station which is not existing at site will be made
available with modern facilities as per the requirement of the concerned
department of the MCGM free of cost.
5. The eco-friendly structure will provide healthy & hygenic environment in the
area.
6. The provision of the parking spaces will discourage the street parking thereby
the obstruction for the free movement of the vehicles will be available.
