Acknowledgement
Abstract
Table of Content
List of Figures
List of Tables
List of Abbreviations
ABSTRACT (16)
The abstract should be approximately 150-200 words and should briefly describe about
the project and major contributions, achievement, impacts on society.
1. INTRODUCTION (16)
The introduction should describe about the background of the technical area of the
project, briefly explain the basic concepts related to the project. Current national and
international status of the problem being identified also needs to be presented. The
section should also include need and justification to carry out the project. The
outcome of the section should be a brief problem statement for which the project is
undertaken.
2. SECTIONS IN CAPS (2, 3, 4, 5)
These sections should explain the methodology adopted to accomplish the project.
Such as design or conceptual design/software concept can be the 2nd section. It
may describe about the overall concept and its subsystems briefly describing any
major contribution by the students. For example, the section can explain that one
of the sub-system concepts used in this design is new and developed by the
students, which enhances the performance, etc.
The footer can include name of the department and the college. Place footer and header only in main body
of the report, not in title/front pages

The content pages of the project report should have mention of the project name

Similarly Section 3 may explain different sub-systems, each in one of the subsections. This may include the detailed design, such as list of materials and
components, etc.
Section 4 may describe the methodology adopted to fabricate/present the project.
For example, manufacturing of the components/software modules and their final
assembly may be discussed in this module.
Section 5 may include information about the implementation. For example, how
the product or software functions, things like information flow, etc.
Note: The above mentioned sections to consider as a general guideline and the
student may alter the nomenclature and/or sequence depending upon the
requirements and his/her own judgment/wisdom.
2.1 Subsections in Running Fonts (14)
3..etc.
6. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The results should indicate information such as performance details, efficiency of the
product/software/system. The comparison of the developed system/product with other
similar systems /products /benchmark, etc.
7. CONCLUSIONS
The conclusions describe about the work presented in the project report. It should also
include any shortcoming in the project and scope of future improvement/work
