Hello everyone! Today we are going to

Storyboard that! To begin, please open
an internet browser and type
www.storyboardthat.com
Okay, the first thing we are going to do
is click the Create a Storyboard link.
This will bring us to the main drag of
the site and where we will be doing all
of our creating. First I am going to show
you the basic tools of the site.
These tools at the top of your screen
are going to what you use to fill your
storyboard. There are Scenes,
Characters, Textables, Shapes, Web &
Technology and upload. We will begin
with Scenes.
All of the tools at the top have the same
basic function. Go ahead and click on
the Scenes button. You will see a variety
of options from Modern Homes to Work.

Drag and Drop chosen scene into cell.

Click on Characters

Drag and drop chosen character into

cell.

Scroll over the menu and show the

different ways you can edit the
characters.
Click on each on of these as I saw them.

Click upload then upload image.

Click Add Cells.

You will choose which scene you want to

use in each particular cell and then drag
and drop it into said cell. An edit menu
will pop up that you can you rotate the
scene, change the layers, etc.
Once you have established your scene
in your cell you can click on the
Characters tab to add a variety of
characters.
How fun is this! Look at all the different
types of characters you can choose
from. Anyone from a 1900s flapper girl
to a spooky witch! The same drag and
drop principal applies.
Once in the cell, the editing menu for
the character will appear and you can
alter the appearance of the character in
a variety of ways!
The Textables, Shapes and Web &
Technology tabs work the same as the
Characters and Settings.
The upload tool is great as well. By
utilizing this tool you can upload a
personal image to be used in whatever
way you desired.
Now if you need to add additional cells
you can scroll down to the menu
underneath the storyboard and click
Add Cells.

Click on 3x2 and then larger to show

the need to pay.

A 3x2 storyboard is the largest they

allow for free, any larger and you will
have to pay.

Click the Change Layout button to

display these options.

You can also change the layout of your

storyboard to account for text and other
needs.

Click save, name the board, and then

When you have you creation complete

you will click save on the bottom menu,
title your storyboard, then create an
account.
Once you click save, the bottom menu
will change and you will have various
options to obtain your storyboard. Print,
Slide Show, Download Images or
PowerPoint.

Show how to use each one of the

options.

Click on download images. Go to my

email and show the image packet.

I prefer download images or download
