Q21. Governor Cuomo has proposed an ethics reform package which includes full disclosure of elected officials outside income, stripping public pensions from elected officials guilty of corruption, and strict prohibitions on the
use and reporting of campaign funds. He said that he will not approve a new state budget - due before April first - unless it includes his ethics reform package. Do you think the Governors ethics reform package would reduce
corruption in state government, or would it have no real effect on state government corruption?

Q29. On another issue, New York is currently one of two states in the nation that requires 16- and 17-year-olds charged with criminal offenses to be treated as adults, rather than as juveniles. Governor Cuomo has proposed that
New York change that and allow crimes committed by minors to be treated in Family Court rather than criminal court. Do you support or oppose changing the law to allow 16- and 17-year-olds to be treated as minors rather than
adults in criminal cases?
