4 Convocation of
Virtual University held at Rawalpindi
The fourth convocation of Virtual University of
Pakistan was recently held for the graduating
students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Northern
Punjab. Degrees were conferred upon 1200
graduates who successfully completed their

Tamgha-e-Imtiaz on Prof. Hafiz Muhammad
Iqbal, former Dean, Faculty of Education,
University of the Punjab in recognition of his
services for the cause of education.
Prof. Iqbal holds MA Science Education from
King's College, University of London and PhD

London and University of the Punjab. He was
awarded Fulbright Fellowship to pursue postdoctoral studies from University of Texas at
Austin in the area of Cognitive Psychology.
Previously, he has also been awarded Izaz-eFazeelat by the Government of Pakistan and
