Who all in the family can be covered for the purpose of the entitlements as a part of the guidelines?
Employees and their dependent family members as per the official records will be covered for the
entitlements under the transfer and relocation guidelines.

What is covered as a part of reimbursement towards transportation and what is the process?
The transportation costs reimbursement include actual cost for movement of 1 truck (ranging between
18ft to 22ft) load of household goods and 1 vehicle, irrespective of whether it is under company lease
or personally owned. Additionally the costs cover for the re-registration of the vehicle in the new
location.
In order to claim the reimbursement the employee must share 3 quotes from a vendor and the
appropriate quote /vendor needs to be approved by the local FMSS SPOC. The employee manages the
responsibility to ensure safety and timeliness of transportation.
All claims will be verified by Finance department before processing the claims.

How will the entitlement towards Childrens education and Resettlement Allowance be processed?
It is understood that some employees whose children will seek re-admission in the new location will
bear cost towards this. In such cases, based on actual receipts from the school, such cost will be
reimbursed subject to the limits mentioned in the guidelines. The limits specified are the maximum
quantum and is not per child.
Resettlement Allowance will be given as is to the employees without needing to be reimbursed as per
the eligibility mentioned in the guidelines. This allowance is given to manage cost of re-establishment.
Both, Childrens education cost reimbursement and resettlement allowance are one time payments.

What will be covered for reimbursement in case of transfer based on personal request?
In case of transfer based on personal request only cost of travel and transportation (household goods
and 1 vehicle) will be reimbursed.
