A Utopian Society

1. One becomes a citizen with elevated citizenship at the age of 20, no

matter if you are born in or outside the country. The application is a
process requires basic math and science skills, common-sense
knowledge, and understanding or the government. The citizens have a
government-citizen contract stating that the government works for the
people. The basic natural rights of freedoms or speech, religious
worship, privacy, and right to feel secure and safe are protected with
the highest possible action. Those who are not citizens will still get
rights if they are born inside the country. Children whether born inside
or outside the country get the same basic rights, if they are born inside
they will get a standard citizenship, if they are born outside, they will
remain with a basic along with adults born outside who have no
citizenship until they pass the rest.
2. The society is governed by an elected leader, but with a balance and
separation of powers. There is a three branch system, and through a
better voting process, is each member selected. It is a democracy with
many parties and each person lists their selected candidates from
favorite to least favorite.
3. Everyone is required to work in my society. No one gets a free pass to
lay around. They are paid in money as well as commodities. People can
buy things, but they cannot go into large amounts of debt.
4. Marriages are not arranged, but genetically engineered children are
allowed. However, the murder of a child that does not fit a certain trait
is prohibited. Families are the most important thing and each parent
must take classes before becoming a couple and getting married.
5. No activities are regulated by the government except dangerous ones
such as ones that deal with hunting and guns. The rest are free to do
as long as it does not harm the environment. Boating, fishing, sports,
and technology are all available.
6. Are military is the strongest of all the nations in order to defend itself.
The government does not choose to force its ways on other
communities, unless they call for our help. We do not shoot before the
opposing side shoots.
7. Arts and literature must remain free of censorship or people will live in
ignorance and fear. The truth would eventually find its way out sooner
or later, so there is no reason to edit all the literature, wasting money,
time, and resources.
8. Again, going back to freedom of the press and speech, no reading
material is censored in any way. Those who choose to criticize the
government, can as long as there is no hate speech or swear words or
any acts of violence towards a single being or group of people.
9. The society would like to go coast to coast, but by way of peaceful
means. The size is just right as it currently is because it already goes
from coast to coast. If population size becomes an issue, older
buildings and infrastructure should be rebuilt, except historical sites.

10.People are free to wear whatever color they want to, except ones with
inappropriate words and graphical material that minors should not see.
The government does regulate only these issues.
