The petitioner wishes to state the following:
1. The petitioner is a Commercial Company operating in
UAE, since 2007, under the name Free Ad Media
Advertising. The petitioner is operating under
business license 591345 which shall expire on
12/02/2012.
2. The petitioner wishes to get the approval of the court
to install this device in all commercial and residential
buildings across the UAE, since we have 90%
business men around us who cannot avoid media in
their life.
3. The petitioner wishes to provide free advertising,
thereby reducing the product cost 60%. The
consumers will be guaranteed with durable and
worthy goods, and tourists will find to locate
affordable hotels and restaurants easily while the
national income will also increase.
4. The petitioner wishes to get the approval of the court
to fix cameras in every police station and court, so
that the recordings will make him and his family
aware of the crime he committed, till the end of his
life. This awareness will refuse him to commit the
same. Nobody will dare to give false statements in
the police station and court also.
5. Every professional will certainly get job in his area of
residence, since our firm will be opened in every
1sq.km. This will decrease poverty in the country as
well as transportation cost. Students are welcome to
join our hand by which they can do their higher
studies with their own savings and develop business
brain.
6. Suppliers of the product shall be encouraged to
supply original products to the consumers and fake

suppliers distributing the forged products shall be

discouraged instantly on installation of this device
the consumers will be able to differentiate between
the original and duplicate. There will also be a better
protection of consumers rights.
7. Automatically war vanishes from the world when
there is peace everywhere. Will anyone fight, if there
is happiness in each and every home? Every
professional unites together and work in harmony
and peace. They will be directly linked to all the
business men. It is clear of doubt that MUM MEDIA
DEVICE provides huge benefit to the government and
residents of UAE. If then which court would hesitate
to pass the order for installation?

2. That the petitioner is a Commercial Company operating in the UAE since
2007 under the name of FREE AD MEDIA ADVERTISING.
3. The petitioner is operating under business license number 591345 which
shall expire on the 12/02/2012.The petitioner wishes to get the approval
of the court to install this device in all commercial and residential
buildings across the UAE. Should this project be rejected, the petitioner
will have no other choice but to move to another country and invest this
huge capital.
4. That the petitioner launched a new media advertisement device styled
under the MULTIMEDIA DISPLAY DEVICE(FIESTA)since 2002 in
Australia but due to conspiracy between banks and some business
persons, the project was short lived .The device is the first of its kind and

has never been seen in any other nation except the UAE. Since the
inception of this device, the proprietress has tried on several occasions to
get the device installed in malls but to no avail. This was due to the fact
that she could not find the right persons to deal with especially the
marketing agents. One of her employees even made an attempt to
duplicate the device in China. It is beyond doubt that this device will be
of enormous advantage to the government and residents of UAE and the
World should this honourable court grant the petitioners prayers.
5. That some media companies are making millions of dollars and this only
increases the production cost. When production cost increases, prices also
increase and burden is shifted from the producers to the consumers. These
media companies do not want our product to go to the market and they
use unlawful means to prevent this device from reaching the market. This
media is a commercial media that is capable of changing the UAE
market.
6. That the media device ever is the television set that was invented more
than 75 years ago but today it has developed to an amazing electronic
device.THE FAME DEVICE has 6 electronic screens and 20 to 50 print
media display at once displaying 24/7,has internet services,today it has
developed to an amazing electronic device. The computer has
transformed the world into a Global village where one can communicate
with any one from anywhere and buy anything anytime and anywhere.
FAMe device is a combination of both.There is no initial charge - only
maintenance cost of five to ten fills per second and print media three to
six fils per sq cm. The small maintenance cost will also generate profits
every day to help professionals and students near their home
area. !!!!!!!!!!!!

vi. -On static ad panels.

9. Electronic as well as print media are both very powerful only because of
IT support. If lawyers and media join hands, it would be the best team to
impart justice. Next to judiciary, only media can create fear in the minds
of mafia as well as politicians, bureaucrats and police. If media gives
proper publicity, any wrong-doer would be afraid to commit any crime.
The UAE will witness the biggest boom in business in
an environment where there will be perfect
competition without price wars as it is today,
consumers will be guaranteed durable and worthy
goods, and tourists will find and locate affordable
hotels and restaurants easily while the national
income will also increase. Price wars has caused shop
owners to deceive customers by placing sale ads of
up to 80%.Does it mean that the producers of these
products did not incur any cost in producing these
goods or there was neither transportation nor labour
cost in the production process? This of course means
pirates are selling less durable and pirated low
quality products to consumers.
GROUNDS

I.

That every professional will certainly get job in his area of

residence which will decrease poverty in the country as
well as the transportation cost. All professionals can view
job advertisement installed in every place of United Arab
Emirates then the seven cities of United Arab Emirates
from their houses, shops, malls and even on the streets.

II. That supplier of the products shall be encouraged to supply

original products to the consumers and fake suppliers
distributing the forged products shall be discouraged
instantly on installation of this device as consumers will be
able to differentiate between the original and copy. There
will also be a better protection of consumers rights.

III.

That every vacant building shall be occupied by the

general public and more concessions shall be offered to
reduce the cost of living expenses up to 50% to 60% so
that everyone could afford the residence hence this
petition is being filed with utmost respect and humility to
accept the same on this ground.

IV.

That every product will compete to other similar products

which will reduce the actual product cost and hence there
will be more concessions offered to the public.

V.

That professionals such as medical doctors, lawyers

,accountants and entrepreneurs shall be encouraged by
the installation of this device such that they can easily
advertise their services on a larger scale. Should they

advertise more, they will certainly have more clients. It will

also reduce the false cases that are done by these
professionals for the purpose of making money in the
society and to disrupt the justice system in the country.
Lawyers will be able to give legal advice within their
residence in a more professional manner.

VI.

That income from the device will be donated to the courts

of U.A.E to assist in the judicial process and in the form
video cameras in court rooms, thereby making litigants
and prosecutors more secure in the eyes of the law. It will
also make the Courts of UAE similar to "International
Courts of Law" therefore the petitioner seek leave to this
Honorable Court to allow this petition on this instant
ground.

VII.

That income from the project shall be donated to

educational institutions which will encourage students to
go for free educations and 10% will be awarded to those
who are contributing to learning in one way the other like
Scientists, writers, etc. therefore the need to granting
petition.

VIII.

That income from the device shall be awarded as

incentives to professionals who are working for the
interest of the public like philanthropists.

IX.

That due to this inference there will be minimum

unemployment in the country and no one will need to
search for jobs as since the jobs will be available close to
their residents and no third party or broker shall be

involved in obtaining jobs for jobseekers. The reduction of

unemployment shall also decrease crime wave.

X.

That if the petition is allowed, it will be a challenge to the

entire World as it will bring more foreign investors to
United Arab Emirates while illegal brokers and dealers will
be easily identified.

XI.

That the number of persons visiting UAE as tourists will

increase as they will find it easier to locate hotels,
restaurants and other attractions. More products will be
available for purchase at a cheaper rate.

XII.

The government will benefit in several ways. Firstly there

will be an increase in the national income since UAE will
market more products and more visitors will visit as
tourists.

PRAYERS

1. An order that the petitioner be allowed to install the FAME

device(Fiesta) in the UAE in malls, residential areas,
parks, metro stations, bus stations, schools, hospitals and all
other public places.
2. An order that the petition be forwarded to the Seven rulers
of UAE for their approval and endorsements.
3. An order prohibiting person(s) from installing or placing a

Sir, It is with profound respect and honour that I forward to high
office this present application. I wish to apply for the renewal of my
business license and the authorization to install the FREE AD
MULTIMEDIA DEVICE in all commercial and residential areas of
Dubai. I write to your high office in my capacity as CEO and
Managing Director of the above mentioned company.
I registered the company as FREE AD MEDIA SERVICES with
license number 591345 issued on the 12th day of February 2007
and it was due to expire on the 11th day of February 2011.The
company has provided jobs to many young people and has

contributed to the growth of this country .My project is similar to

any government project like the provision of water and electricity,
roads, security and petrol
The world has to unite just like the way a man and a woman would
unite to form one family . In a similar way,lawyers and accountants
should unite with the administration so that they can be like the
legs and eyes of the government. If these three are happy, then
the public and government will be happy.Some lawmakers make
the law for their own benefit and in this way, most people loose
respect for the law.
This project started in 2007 and because of the influence of some
corrupt officials, our machines were barred from being installed
even in residential areas. These officials are working with private
sector. Some of these officials collect bribes from commercial
media agencies and damaged the reputation of our company. They
also give the excuse that fines may be imposed on their buildings
and businesses from the Economic Department and Chamber of
Commerce. For these reasons, I am urging you to give issue a
non-objection order for the installation of this device. We intend to
install these devices in the same way ATM machines have been
set up.
During my stay in Dubai, I have operated several different
businesses but today I have invested millions in a project which I
pray the UAE government should be a major partner. My entire
capital has been invested in this project and the future of my
business depends on the success of this project.
The government if be a partner to this project will realize a change
in the economy especially in the tourism sector, sales and
marketing as well as transport sector. I want any government
department to take control of the project. This project is more than
government services and is generate billions and at the same time
save expenses worth billions for the government. As stated earlier,
I am donating my life investment for the unity and growth of this
country. In return, I am requesting that my license be renewed free
of charge so that I can open other branches in every kilometer
area in Dubai.
Therefore I urge you to renew my business license together with
an approval to install the above mentioned device in all
commercial, residential and public areas in Dubai. It will be of no

good to my business if a license is approved and I cannot carry out

the project I have invested so much in.
Sir, this project aims at reducing the cost of living in Dubai and at
the same time saving more income from expenses by the
government. This devise is the first of its kind and has ever been
seen anywhere in the world so UAE will be the first country to
implement this new multimedia advertisement devise.The
government can declare the UAE a media free country and make
it a 365 day festival city.
With the implementation of this devise, more jobs will be created
for professionals of all works of life, millions will be donated to the
state as aid to the educational and health sectors of the economy.
Women will be employed near their home area rather than staying
at home.
I also wish to appeal to the government through your office to take
control of the project and implement a decision that the machines
be placed at least for trial period of three months. In this way an
assessment can be made on the revenue that can be expected
from the project. To the best of our knowledge, the project can
generate millions weekly if all things remain equal. This can also
create new job opportunities for the youths of this country.

These awards are worth billions of dollars today. Because of these awards I embarked
on a world tour that took me to as far as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New
Zealand and during this tour, I received many awards. After this tour I decided to
come back to Dubai, where it all started.
Before 1998 I had never been to any court, but after those two awards, the law
became a weapon used by my enemies against me. The world respects UAE court
award that is why many other courts called me to give their own award. I am 63 years

old now, and a heart patient. This amount will be of no good to me and I'd rather not
give it to my family because such a big amount will make my children lazy and they
may misuse it too. I want the money to be distributed among the widows

of the Muslims who were killed in Bahrain, Libya, Syria, Iran, etc. in
the past couple of months . I am afraid that if the children of these
Muslims are not fed and educated properly, they may choose the path
of terrorism. The bank, in which I have deposited the money, has
branches all over the world so that they can distribute the money to
the needy Muslims, wherever they live. If the money is not taken and
distributed on time, which according to me is the year 2011, anyone
in the court, either lawyers or judges, can misuse it and defame UAE.
If at all this money cannot be encashed by any of the needy,

PETITION FOR THE AMMENDMENT OF COURT RULES AND
REGULATIONS RE: ISLAM
Backgrounder
The petitioner stresses that Allah created Adam and Eve and today they
have a family of about eight (8) billion. Allah is in every family and he
has given everybody a good brain. Some people call Allah the God,
Jehovah and Yahwe but he is The One and the same forever. It is through
his mercy and good brains that he gave man the ability to write the Holy
Koran, Bible, Gurunanik so people can read and learn his ways so
everybody will live in peace.
Scientific reports state that the world is 4.5 billion years old but the population of the
earth is about 8 billion. How many Muslim children are being born and die in one
day? More than Muslim one-third (1/3) of deaths are not natural. And how many
Muslim children terrorist? How many Muslim children FOLLOW HARD WORK OR
MONEY?

Within a month, many children die and several women become widows.
For this reason we need to stop the rate at which people especially
children die. Blind law calls this terrorism. Islamic law should change its
rules and regulations. In this connection, children must be taken care of
and provide them with an environment that would allow them to live
freely so that the world population can grow within ten (10) years to
about fifteen (15) billion.
This challenging power lies in the hands of the seven (7) rulers of this
country. If this order is passed, the world will follow.
The year 2011 has made its entry with rays of hope to many and lots of
luck to all.my birth 1948 Now I am 63 so if one adds 48 to 63, the answer
is 111

This year needs to be a year of change for every citizen. It comes once
in every eight hundred twenty three (823) years. There are four (4)
unusual dates this year and that is: 1/1/11, 11/1/11, 1/11/11 and 11/11/11
and the month of October will have be five (5) Saturdays and Sundays.
This year is a sign of good life for everybody. If you add the last two
digits of the year in which you were born with your age this year, the
answer will be 111. For example, the petitioner was born in 1948 and
now 63, so if one adds 48 to 63, the answer is 111 which means this is
my lucky year. Therefore, I give this idea to all rulers and ministers to
make this world a peace one.

Manifestation
It is well established that cases like this is being decided on merits and
evidence presented in court in relation with the legal arguments raised by
lawyers. But what remedy can a litigant have when he realizes that his
case has been dismissed unlawfully? What comes to ones mind when he
has the option of making an appeal but the persons on whom powers have
been bestowed to adjudicate the case fail to observe the rules and ethics
of their profession? Wont the petitioner left with very mixed feelings and
gross disappointment with these law officials?
The petitioner has been a victim of such a situation and experienced that
almost witnessed his life savings and hard-earned income vanished into
the air simply because lawyers and accountants conspired with their rich

clients to buy over judges so that cases will always be decided in their
favour.
Moreover, the local laws are also flexible but have in some instances been
turned blind because justice was not rendered when it is deemed
necessary. The petitioner himself has been a victim of this blind law
where more than a decade ago, his cases before the Dubai courts were
dismissed not on merits or evidence presented in court but for some other
reasons in favor of the judges who decided those cases.
The petitioner has some very important views to share in this petition
which the court should find reasonable and grant the petitioners prayers
therein.
This is what makes the law blind. Blind law leaves the rest of world with
the impression that all Arabs are terrorist. A young Muslim called Haneef
was arrested on charges of terrorism but was later acquitted.
Any sincere lawyer should read this and if possible support it and forward
to the seven rulers courts.

This petitioner has anticipated four main proposals and presumed

benefits that may certainly arise from should this petition be granted. The
petitioner honestly believes that this petition is four prime motives.
a) To unite commercial, electronic and print media unite. The result
will be 60 to 70 % expense reduced. Billions of people will get jobs
within their home area. The government will save trillions every
minute. There will also be 90% reduction in petroleum consumption.
b) To unite Courts and media. Every court spends about 100
thousand from government savings. Cases should be treated in not
more than two weeks and this will be a very expedient system of
law. Movie cameras and DvD players should be set up in court
rooms. They can be sold for at least 50 dollars and there will be no
need for paper works. This will reduce crime by 99%.NO need of
law books.
c) To unite Lawyers, Judges and Chartered Accountants Bar council
should notify judges, chartered accountants that, if they conspire
with criminals or perform acts which criminal in nature, their
licenses will be cancelled. Lawyers and judges should work together

like mother and fathers of the society. Lawyers should allow free
legal advice and low cost services in every kilometer. Lawyers and
accountants should check all businesses and impose penalties on
defaulters, check accounts to avoid tax evasion.
d) The police department should look for better ways of dealing with
criminals. Like starving them so that they will be unable to survive
without food but killing them. This will reduce the number of crimes
committed and reduce governments spending on prisoners.
There is the need to change from blind law and British law to a
unique system that will be appreciated by other nations.
The seven rulers should do everything possible to change the law in
the same way Bal Thackeray changed Bombay to Mumbai. The Law
from time immemorial has been subject to several changes. The law
in any part of the world should very flexible such that it has been
subject to several change.
If this is done they will be honoured in the same way Bal Thakeray
and Raul Gandhi are respected by Indian.

My personal opinion is that in an age when man can reach the moon, why
is law every times blind?
Without law, nothing is possible. Everywhere the role of lawyers and
judges is important. Sometimes, some judges are corrupt. They are not
ready to listen to lawyers. In such cases, media can play important role by
exposing the corruption.
I am requesting the governments and judiciary of each country to keep
holy books and religious material besides a video recorder, so that the
video can be taken while hearing a case, and today the modern world by
using internet can easily show the court the evidences from both sides,
cross-examine and give immediate decision.
the judge can even go home or in his chambers properly re-examine the
video rather than reading files, make concrete decisions based on facts
and reason.

DVD recordings of all cases can be charged at $50 per Cd. No

paperwork, no mess, no staff, and less very less crime, no criminals and
easy and honorable life.
Capital punishment is not the best way to handle criminals, I have an
idea which cannot harm any one in the world. Whosoever is a criminal,
just dont give him the food till he confesses the crime. No one will
survive without food for a long day they will see food but will not be able
to have access to the food. This type of punishment is very helpful to
reduce crime and then he will never do the same in his entire life.
our government is spending so much of money for the criminals, for their
accommodation in the jail, security, food, dress and if he travels then
escort police vehicle, driver with a car and its same in case of VIP
treatment. During a survey we come to know that AED200 is spent every
day for a criminal. It is a very huge amount for government to spend for
this immoral people.
If lawyers unite with chattered accountant, then check how much goods
are imported, exported & how much tax is paid, the government will save
more money. Billions have been lost in result of money laundering if we
ensure that these two professions are not hungry and 10% reward is given
to them then we make a huge step towards creating a society full of
justice.
If this is set up, first time criminals may be pardoned and given time to
pay fines and damages if any. Also a video record will be kept for such
persons so that in the event of another crime or offence, the video can be
used to prove his past criminal record. These videos can be used to prove
the past record of offenders in any court in the world.
Also witness will not be able to give wrong or contradictory statements
since their examination and cross examination will be recorded. Court
registras will not be able to record wrong information or
misinterpret statements made by parties or witnesses.
In this way there will also be no relationship that can supersede the law.
Judges will not pass wrong judgments, the police corps will have more
reputation, suspected persons will be released through bail approved by
courts and lawyers will be more careful when taking statements from
witnesses.
More will save from jail expense, food expense, court expense, police
expense. This will reduce crimes also.

The petitioner is a 63 year old Indian Sindhi popularly known by the

name Dayal Transport who has been a very successful businessman and
throughout this his 33 years of business in UAE, he does not owe this
success to any education or professional training.
The petitioner has deposited his passport in Dubai courts for the purpose
of this petition. The petitioner accepts responsibility for any offence that
may arise as a result of this petition. The petitioner if proven wrong for
the purpose of this petition accepts any capital punishment that the law
may impose on him or crucifixion like Jesus Christ.
The petitioners motherland is India but his country of residence is UAE.
The petitioner honestly believes he has a similar way of reasoning with
Mahatma Gandhi (bringing peace to the world).The petitioner believes he
has the obligation to the clean the world in the same way a municipal
authorities have the obligation to clean the city.
The seven rulers of the UAE take care of UAE and make it the most
peaceful Arab state just like the way mothers and fathers take care of their
families.
If there are proper means of generating income, how can these parents
and rulers take care of their families and citizens respectively?
The petitioner is an Indian and a Hindu but wishes to change his faith
and convert to Islam since he has developed admiration for the rapidly
growing faith.
Islam is a peaceful and respectable religion world wide with its followers
leaving a peaceful and happy life. Allah has blessed those who believe
and he has used his love, kindness and mercy to abundantly bless the
UAE and other gulf sates with enormous wealth.

The petitioner intends to use his wisdom, wealth and goodwill to bring
peace and happiness to the world and to youths who are unable to get
jobs. He also wishes to share his ideas with rulers and ministers all over
the world.

Why should there be any difference amongst men? He honestly believes

that the whole world is his relatives and are related by blood and that is

why he wishes to share his knowledge with the rest of the world since his
life is already at dawn.
The people of this generation are lucky to be alive in such an era. This is
a transitional period in the world that is why there are so many new
discoveries. If this order is passed, UAE will definitely grow.
This is a clear evidence that the rulers of UAE are business minded
persons and they are working towards the development of UAE. That is
why UAE is one of the most prosperous states in the gulf.
That the seven rulers of the UAE are well respectable rulers and to the
best of my knowledge, are promoting their faith and religion to higher
heights. They maintained a good relationship amongst themselves and
have maintained peace and stability in UAE. For this reason the
petitioner has decided to promote the growth of the faith and plead to the
government to review the laws of the country to suit international
standards.
That Arab population of UAE is mostly made up of Shiite and Sunni
Muslims. They have huge investments in the UAE. Some especially the
Shiite Muslims have been given Emirati nationality and they will play an
important role in the up coming elections. Now that there is tension in the
Arab world, what will be the future of the Arab population residing in
UAE.
That the legal system of the UAE is that of the Sharia but since this
country has a very large international community, the rulers especially
those of Abu Dhabi and Dubai have modified their laws to suit
international standards and have gone as far as instituting different
tribunals for International disputes resolution and Arbitration the Dubai
International Financial Center (DIFC) and Dubai International Arbitration
Court (DIAC) to adjudicate on matters of international interest.
Sharia legal system Dubai Some Muslim lawyers, accountants and
judges can even sell their conscience for money irrespective of their
religious background. Several businessmen who are unable to have
personal contacts and relationships with some judges cannot obtain
judgment to their favour and as a result, their businesses have wind up
and others liquidated. It is to the petitioners knowledge that most of
these judges, lawyers and accountants are foreigners who dont have any
public interest or the reputation of the country to protect. These corrupt
persons are the ones who give a negative impression to others about the
judicial system in this country.

That although this region is rich, not all the sheikhdoms are rich. Some
are relatively poor when compared to others but still there is little foreign
interference in the affairs and politics of UAE.
That the Arab world has been ravaged by civil unrest and uprisings but
yet UAE remains a peaceful nation.
Therefore there is the need to review the judicial system and new laws be
enacted to suit the need of the International Community as a whole. This
awards that was given to me, are they genuine or not? These awards also
give u the guarantee that my petition is necessary all over the world and if
the UAE can go ahead by making the order the world will do the same.

GROUNDS
That it will be interest of Islam and justice should this petition be granted.
That if video cameras are set up in every court room, such that cases are
heard and decided on camera, it will be difficult for judges to turn
decisions around if the decision is based on merit and the evidence
tendered in court. Judges, lawyers and the parties concerned in the law
suit will have the opportunity to review the cases especially examination
of witness, legal arguments raised and make an assessment of chances a
party has.
That the public will once more have confidence in the law courts and law
officials if certain amendments are made in the way cases are heard in the
courts of the UAE.
That corruption has been the order of the day amongst law officials and
there is the need for revise some laws. Lawyers, accountants and judges
will perform their duties with diligence, probity and humanness if there is
a particular body to oversee their functions.
That if this order is passed, many countries will follow suit.
PRAYERS
An order that, a team of chartered Accountants and lawyers be set up to
monitor businesses and that they be given powers to conduct
investigations on tax related offences.

An order that movie and video cameras with recording systems be placed
in all court rooms such that, cases will be held in open camera and
proceeding recorded.
An order that the licenses of lawyers, accountants and judges who are
found guilty of corrupt practices be severely punished and their names
stroke off the role of practice.
An order that persons found guilty of committing simply offences be
pardoned for first offenders while those who have committed
misdemeanors be punished with custody and long hours of starvation.
This will deter others from committing offences.

Appendix 1 Synopsis
This petition and its associated appendices is brought before the
court as a reaction to the current perception of:

Appendix 2 Motivation

The overriding motivation for this petition is to enable the petitioner

to operate in the local marketplace unhindered by restrictions so
that he and his associates may create a revenue stream that will
overwhelmingly benefit the public good and create a positive return
to the government of the UAE. The project is not for commercial
profit it is for the benefit off all.
What follows is a personal appeal to the government and all
individuals that may be interested in philanthropic, ethical business
ventures.
Every business man launching a new product needs marketing and
media services but is faced with having to spend a large amount on
advertising. Due to this the cost of the product increases so as a
result the public have to bear a large proportion of the costs in the
retail price.
With the Fame device (Fiesta) I am introducing a multimedia
platform that is designed to promote adverts that will directly
benefit the population as a whole in that it will specialize in end of
shelf life specials, before expiry date goods and last minute offers.
All of these help both the consumer and the business in that it
minimizes waste and reduces expense. In itself this is a good idea
but coupled with fact that I am offering this as a free media
initiative, it makes the idea ground breaking and unique. I truly
believe that this may be the only product in the world that is purely
for the publics benefit (be they consumers or business men) and
not for the owner of the product design. The only income I will
receive is for changes and updates of advertising content which will
go to the staff who maintain and service our devices.

Appendix 3 Scope and Objectives

I am looking for support from the Government of the UAE and also
corporate sponsors who can take advantage of this to minimize their
advertising expense and pass on the savings to the customer. The
main body of this petition is addressed to the government of the
UAE but it must be seen in relation to our appeal to corporate
sponsors as well, so here is our offering to the corporate sector.
I am blessing corporate clients with a Lamp of Aladdin giving

can make them a very significant revenue. Depending on how many
contacts or relation you have in the market its in your power to

Petrol stations are high traffic advertising spots and sometimes
there is also food courts & supermarkets. If the owner of the pumps
sponsor us they can get a good business and a better return than on
a litre of petrol.
In the telecoms industry new services are constantly being
introduced nowadays and there also heavy media costs involved. If

anyone sponsors us they have a lot of contacts and if they can give
us three to five sq feet and provide us with an internet line they can
run all services on the ads & promotions so reducing their cost in
the process.
There are many hotels here & when these hotels are unoccupied

Most of the people who see the ads such as rent a car, travel &
tourism & airline services & money exchangers etc will be
impressed and let people know about these kinds of services in their
homeland. Apart from the money which is generated from ads, 20%
will be given to the hotel so it can reduce costs. Hotels can also do
promotions like three day stay & one day free so by this you can
also make a boom in the market. Because tourists are coming for
four to five days you can promote facilities like transportation, free
drop off facility & many more.
Hotels can also engage their staff for sales & marketing of media
and guests and clients will give them ads whereby they can get
20% of share. If many hotels take our device it again makes the UAE
a 365 days festival city.

Appendix 4 Personal viewpoint and observations

(without prejudice)
The petitioner was born in India in 1948, about the same time as
independence.
I never worked for anyone always managing my own business and
it was profitable. I have been in the UAE for the past 33yrs and have
great respect for this country and its seven rulers. I have visited
many other countries but did not get the freedom and liberty that I
have enjoyed in the UAE. I am not even willing to set up this project
in my home country because I have great love and respect for this
nation.
I had a bad experience in all these countries. I could not find a
sincere lawyer to handle my numerous cases. I only realized that to
have a good relationship with the judge means to obtain justice
from the court. I am an investor but my life investments almost
vanished due to some unscrupulous lawyers and accountants. Today
I am setting up this project to help sincere lawyers and accountants
so that they will assist people in obtaining justice in future. For this
reason I brought the project to the UAE.
Circa, 1998 an Indian and one Christian from Britain cheated me. At
this time, I thought there was no sincere man or woman and I also

thought they were being manipulated by USA and Britain, and there
was no sincere ministry in the world.
I learned from Jinni and Gandhi about the policy of divide and rule,
but where I saw that seven brothers united to rule this country, I
decided to come to UAE. I am a humanitarian and admirer of Jinni
and Gandhi and admire the unity of this wonderful country. That the
rulers have united in a distinct and unique way such that this
country has become the role model to many states. Other countries
like Tunisia and Egypt are in crisis because of bad governance and
its effects - many business men and investors are taking away their
capital and investments out of the country.
Jinni and Gandhi, one Muslim the other Hindu, lived together as
Hindustani. When the British came they did not make any trouble
nor did they immediately go to war with the British. Although there
was pressure, they settled it and the British left in 1947. Britain took
advantage of this with their system of indirect rule - divide and rule
to set the two countries apart .
Gandhi was Hindu and was killed by his own people because Gandhi
& Jinni were separated, the outcome being the division of Pakistan &
India. Today, 64 years later there are over 575 Indian ministers
ruling India and more than 200 ruling Pakistan. Both countries have
more than 1.4 billion people. They are fighting over Kashmir and
Jabbu. Should they resolve this dispute and unite once more under a
federal system of government, they will become a super power in
the East.
Today more than 800 rulers are ruling these two countries - some
are good and work for the benefit of the masses, some are corrupt.
The citizens suffer for their wrongs. Judges have two much self
interest and power, lawyers and doctors no longer comply by the
ethics of their profession, police take bribes, prescription drugs are
faked, petrol mixed up and almost all items are pirated in India &
Pakistan. Temples are bombed, and ministers are attacked, all
because the government doesnt do its job properly.
Iraq and Iran had a long war but there was little interference from
the international community. Later it was Iraq and Kuwait where
many European and American investors suffered heavy losses. As a
result of the war, many innocent people suffered. This effect was
also felt in the UAE. Similarly should somebody ask these seven
brothers to divide and rule, will they agree? Certainly the answer will
be no. More investment has been made in the UAE than any other
Muslim country therefore there is absolutely no reason for
separation.

In the past the UAE also lost a lot of investors because of the war in
the Gulf. It took more than 6 years to settle down. All Gulf countries
suffered the same effect.
Since UAE was a peaceful country investors decided to invest more
and UAE became the business center of the world.
There is therefore the need for continued unity, solidarity and cooperation between the seven Emirates. All sectors of the economy
have been properly organized to meet the aspiration and
expectations of the government.
In UAE there are many religious groups to wit Muslims, Christians,
Hindus, Buddists etc. Now these people all mix together and provide
services in such a way that there is no distinction within this
community. They all have the same medical care, social
responsibility and freedom.
In every country there are situations where family members quarrel
with each other and later they all sleep under the same roof. In the
same way the UAE seven rulers have ruled for 39 years, these seven
brothers have never asked for help from any other country to
interfere in their rule even when there is a dispute. Every dispute is
settled within the brothers and seven rulers.
To sit at the helm of any government is very difficult. Leaders need
to have the priority of citizens at heart. There are always people
who take advantage of their position and some ministers in India
have embezzled billions and deposited the spoils in Swiss banks.
These persons and their families form less than 3% of the
population, yet the majority is left to suffer and continuously live in
abject poverty.
To serve the public properly rulers must unite properly. There is a lot
of capital investment in the UAE. In Egypt however, because of the
civil unrest investors are leaving, local businessmen are winding up
and leaving but for the Egyptian citizens, where will they go?
Today many Arab investors are investing in the UAE. Indian and
Pakistani business men are also trying to catch up and they form a
majority of small and medium size enterprises. Muslims from all
parts of the world form about 95% of the population in UAE. Some
are investors, business persons while others are workers. Should
anything happen to any of the Muslim states, it will affect the UAE
as well as the other Arab countries. There is therefore the need to
consolidate the co-operation existing between these countries and
hence grant their citizens the right to engage in more commercial
activities than before.

We have major airports, sea ports, metro, bus, taxi and thousands of
hotels & holiday apartments. There is also more than 70 banks and
the worlds leading products are represented in the UAE. Many
multi-billion dollar buildings have been constructed but the local
citizens number only 5 -6 million while expatriates are more than 15
million. Should these expatriates leave this country, how much will it
cost this government to maintain these industries? Who will pay for
this cost?
Last year the UAE was amongst the highest indebted countries in
the world. Hong Kong took a loan for 99 years from UK some years
back. This means Britain will benefit from this for 99 years. Hong
Kong is rapidly developing but imagine how it will look like after 99
years. After these years China will take the profit but now UAE is
more developed than Hong Kong with its airlines and shopping malls
because of the united brains of the seven brothers.
I have witnessed lawyers, insurance companies ,real estate agents,
pharmacists and other service providers misrepresenting
themselves to the general public just to make more money. There is
little transparency in these businesses today and since there is little
means of proving these persons guilty in court, litigants have
dropped their cases while victims no longer have confidence in the
people they ought to have trusted.
The UAE has little or no manufacturing industry, with practically all
materials being imported. Our FAME device was originally imported
from China but has been extensively redesigned and manufactured
in the UAE.
Up to today no product is manufactured that is dedicated to the
benefit of the Government & public interest but my product is
entirely different from others. I dont want benefit, I want good luck
for all the people and to help humanity. Here in the UAE 95% of the
population are Muslims and of course it is a Muslim state, so I want
to get help from them to respect my product and to install my
device in their premises, in the show window. By doing this they can
earn a large amount and also save marketing & media costs helping
their business grow.
I believe the amount of money, time and energy used in the
creation of weapons should have been used for items that can be
beneficial to mankind in a better way rather causing wars and
threats everywhere.
Recently in Abu Dhabi there was an exhibition of modern weapons
of armed forces from the international community such as America.
Why are these devices created? To save the country & nation? If we
place our device against the multiple weapons on show we will

come to the conclusion that our Fame device will give more benefits
than the munitions. Why? because it brings happiness without any
loss and provides jobs. On the other hand those weapons can snatch
your home and cause us to loose everything. Is the person who
created the Fame good or better than the creator of weapons?
When electronic & print media are united then the cost of media will
be reduced to fils & if we combine all the fills it will make billions. If
we calculate the residence & commercial building income it can
reach up to millions if the Government takes 20% service income on
every device then the government can earn billions from these
devices, saving petrol & road & traffic expense as well. In every sq
km thousands of people are working and job will be available. When
everybody is happy then these defence weapons are not needed. I
challenge all the big nations like USA, UK, Russia to copy my product
and not only this but also my thinking along the lines of Gandhi.
Without this device no product can make progress and every
government & their ministers should be asking for this device. It is
just like food & oxygen because without both of these things then
no one can live. As an Indian Hindu without Muslim help, I cant do
anything. Ghandi was a lawyer but he also choose his partner Mr.
Muhammad Ali Jinnah and together they united to clean their home.
I am Hindu but I need the help of Islam because if this help is not
there I cant make progress. In my 33 years of stay here no local has
been aggressive towards my business activities and instead have
allowed me to grow and prosper. The Muslims I have known in my
many years have been just and fair and I would happily convert to
Islam should this be required in order to further my project for the
benefit of the world.
I have marketed my project to many shopping malls but there is
unwillingness to commit because from a commercial standpoint
many do not see the greater good benefits to society and
government and consider only their maximum return on investment.
The project started in 2007 but the project has largely been in the
dark except for some very brave business people who have signed
contracts with us.
It is my personal opinion that in an age when man can reach the
moon, why is law sometimes blind? Sometimes through the actions
of a single insincere individual everybody suffers. If one finger is in
pain then the rest of the body has to bear that pain. Everyone has a
right to a fair trial but professionals (such as lawyers and auditors)
must be held to task by a stronger ethical system. Lawyers are
awarded their degrees too give justice in the market & social life. My
opinion has been severely tested through my personal experiences
to the point that it would be easy to believe there is no sincere
lawyers dedicated to the betterment of humanity. I would like to be

proved wrong and it is a fact that there are many lawyers &
chartered accountants who are currently unemployed who could be
utilized in a new alliance with the police and authorities to impose
tax laws on import and export activities.
They will go onsite & check how much goods are imported /
exported & how much tax is paid. Rewards for successful detection
should be given to the professionals who exposed the wrong doing.
It is my opinion that lawyers and chartered accountants have a very
big say in how the world is run. Ensuring the law is adhered to and
taxes are paid can be the life blood of any government. If we ensure
that these two professions are not hungry and rewarded we make a
huge step towards creating a just society.
I have lived in the UAE since 1977, and has seen several individuals
taking loans and running away only to later negotiate with the
banks to pay only 10% of whats due to come back. It is also no news
that several billions have been lost by money laundering eg.
Kanwar. Stricter controls should be put in place to prevent this
happening.

History
I have a mastery of the history of UAE and highly admire the
solidarity that exist between the rulers of this country. Through their
co-operation, love for one another, hard work and good governance,
the UAE is becoming the world in miniature. This is clearly shown in
the brief history of this country.
This blessed country was inhabited by a seafaring people who were
converted to Islam in the 7th century. Later, a dissident sect, the
Carmathians, established a powerful sheikdom, and its army
conquered Mecca. After the sheikdom disintegrated, its people
became pirates. Threatening the Sultanate of Muscat and Oman
early in the 19th century, the pirates provoked the intervention of
the British, who in 1820 enforced a partial truce and in 1853 a
permanent truce. Thus what had been called the Pirate Coast was
renamed the Trucial Coast. The British provided the nine Trucial
states with protection but did not formally administer them as a
colony.
The British withdrew from the Persian Gulf in 1971, and the Trucial
states became a federation called the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Two of the Trucial states, Bahrain and Oman, chose not to join the
federation, reducing the number of states to seven.

The country signed a military defense agreement with the U.S. in

1994 and one with France in 1995.
After the Sept 11 terrorist attacks on the U.S., the UAE was
identified as a major financial center used by al-Qaeda in
transferring money to the hijackers (two of the 9/11 hijackers were
UAE citizens). The nation immediately co-operated with the U.S.,
freezing accounts tied to suspected terrorists and strongly clamping
down on money laundering.
Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the UAE and ruler
of the federation since 1971, died in Nov. 2004. His son succeeded
him. In Jan. 2006, Sheik Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the prime
minister of the UAE and the emir of Dubai, died. Crown Prince
Sheikh Muhammad ibn Rashid al-Maktoum assumed both roles.
The Burj Khalifa, in Dubai, was completed in January 2010 and
became the world's tallest building at 2,716 feet (828 meters) and
160 stories.
Emirate Airlines is today one of the biggest airlines operating from
one of the worlds busiest airports making Dubai an important transit
zone and touristic destination. Etihad has also come to quickly
dominate from its base in Abu Dhabi.
The USA is the worlds super power but their economy was severely
hit by an economic crisis that has left not only the USA but other
major economies with high rates of unemployment and rising cost of
living .The UAE was also affected by the crisis but the impact was
not as devastating as it has been in other countries.
The UAE has been in unity since 1971 although there is some
degree of independence amongst the different Emirates. Therefore
it is true that the rulers of the seven Emirates are the strength of
this country, not excluding the numerous investors like the
petitioner who has taken upon himself to invest heavily in this
blessed country.

5a) Core grounds for petition

That firstly, if the petition is allowed through court order and

the device is allowed to be installed in every place of United Arab
Emirates then every city of UAE shall become a Festival City within
three months from the date of issuance of this court order.

That professionals will have a better chance of getting a job in

their home area of residence which will decrease poverty in the
country as well as transportation costs. All professionals can view
job advertisements from their houses, shops, malls and even on the
streets.


That supplier of products shall be encouraged to deal only
with original products to the consumers and penalized for promoting
forged products which may adversely effect the purchaser.
Installation of this device will allow consumers to differentiate
between the original and copy. There will also be a better protection
of consumers rights.

That every vacant building shall be occupied by the general

public and more concessions shall be offered to reduce the cost of
living expenses up to 50% on todays market rates. Everyone should
be able to afford a decent residence hence this petition is being filed
with utmost respect and humility to accept the same on this ground.

That every product will compete evenly with other similar

products reducing the actual product cost and hence there will be
more concessions offered to the public.

That the petitioner undertakes that there is no competitor in

the whole world who could be prejudiced through this petition and
court order therefore this petition should be allowed on these
grounds.

That without prejudice to the above, the petitioner allows

anyone to claim or challenge the product's integrity and any of its
errors before the court of law in United Arab Emirates .

That professionals such as medical doctors, lawyers,

accountants and entrepreneurs shall be encouraged by the
installation of this device such as they can easily advertise their
services on a larger scale.

That income from the device will be donated to courts of the

U.A.E such as installation of movie cameras, which will carry out
video conferencing, and hence detect criminality or deceit
accordingly by the court of law. It will also make UAE courts
"International Courts of Law" therefore the petitioner seek leave to
this Honorable Court to allow this petition on this ground.

That income shall be donated for the construction of

educational institutions which will encourage free education and a
discretionary percentage will be awarded to those people who are
doing good work for their country in the fields of scientific research
and the general betterment of other etc.

That income from this device will also be donated to assist

hospitals and clinics to eradicate certain diseases in UAE.


That there will be minimum unemployment in the country and
no one will need to search for jobs as they will be available close to
their residence and no third party or broker shall be involved to
obtain jobs for jobseekers. The reduction of unemployment shall
also see a decrease in the crime rate which is generally understood
to be directly linked.

That if the petition is allowed, it will be a challenge to the

entire world as it will bring more foreign investors to United Arab
Emirates and illegal brokers and dealers will be exposed.

The government will benefit in several ways. Firstly there will

be an increase in the national income since UAE will market more
products and more visitors will visit as tourists.

That a recommended retail price (rrp) should be registered

and applied to all goods so there is no danger of unfair trading and
cheating consumers.

That this device will not affect television and media (including
newspapers) but will be a complimentary commercial media.
Amongst TV media apart from the state owned channels, there is
little government benefit, with companies working towards their
own profits
The Fame device will contribute to government benefits.

The petitioner believes that without media or internet, nobody

will survive in the modern commercial environment. All businesses
have internet services and Fame media has internet services. Fame
has 6 electronic screens and 20 to 50 print media display at once
displaying 24/7. There is no initial charge - only maintenance cost of
five to ten fils per second and print media three to six fils per sq cm.
The small maintenance cost will also generate profits every day to
help professionals and students near their home area.

That extra income will be collected as airport tax as there will

be more people coming in and out of the country both for business
and tourist purposes.

That the petitioner offers to do this business in partnership

with the Government of UAE. This device is a gift to the UAE
government by an Indian national. It will save the government a
large amount of capital expenses and will also generate capital
income to the treasury. I am blessing the government of the UAE
with a Lamp of Aladdin giving them a money making and job
creating device which in conjunction with the governments backing
can make them a very significant revenue.


That the petitioner understands that Sharia law has united the
UAE and its seven rulers. The Sharia law is one of the best legal
systems in the world.
This system has united many Arab countries since they have the
same legal system. The petitioner has great respect to this legal
system and is willing to support this system should they be given
the opportunity.

If this order is passed, every product in three months expiry

period will be either consumed, utilized or exported out of the UAE
by visitors. Now by one get two free has dominated the market,
with profits of up 300% profit and the government does not receive
income on these products. There should be a maximum profit
margin of 200% on products and a standard scale of compulsory
reductions when the product gets near its sell-by-date. For instance
3 months 10%, 2 months 25%, and one month 50%.

If the court grants this order, and rulers implement this law,
the rulers will be doing their duty towards the public and the courts
responsibility will be to eradicate crime.
I urge the court to pass these orders.

If imports are for a three month period (like buy 1 get 2 or 3

free), tourists will come in increasing numbers to spend in the UAE
and use gift vouchers redeemable anywhere in the country. In this
way many people will come and use their purchasing power and
more airlines will come to Dubai. Within one year Dubai will revive
its tourism sector.

More multi-national companies will come to UAE and

competition will increase. Hotels will be occupied, apartments will
be full, while foreign earnings will increase. In this way, the Dirham
will strengthen.
In summary the main objectives of this petition is that:

That the UAE becomes media free and we achieve a huge

reduction in cost of living perhaps 40-60%.

That the cities of the UAE Become festival cities all year round
- 365 days a year. Resulting in more tourists visiting and boosting
the economy.

That lawyers make more income and more people getting

legal advice aid at a reasonable cost.

5B) Extra-ordinary grounds for petition


That there is greater transparency in the use of bank to
transfer money for the purchasing of shares etc.

That the increase in consumer protection policy and export

and import controls will protect human rights within the UAE.

That there is a limit imposed on the amount of loans given to

foreign investors.

That every shipment imported should be properly checked

with proper accounts. Therefore, minimising couterfeit and illegal
products.

An order of the court to make an order that the bar council

should review or hear complaints laid by citizens who are not
satisfied.

The petitioner wishes to place video cameras in all courts of

the UAE at his expense so that the government will be relieved from
the expenses of running these cameras. The court will also look like
a video conference room.

The petitioner asks: who does not have respect for his own
mother or sister? Without women no man would have been born.
God created women in the way he created man so there is no need
for gender inequality. Women have lost respect in the society and
few jobs are being given to women. There is the need to integrate
more women into the society and by giving them high profile jobs.
Men are supposed to be working together with women everywhere
but instead they are considered to be servants with their main
obligation to provide children for their husbands. There are more
educated women in the world today but little emphasis is being
giving to women.
Today in countries like India, women have little value for there has a
lot of violation on the rights of women. Rich men use money as an
advantage over poor people and therefore use that to violate young
girls in the name of marriage.
The petitioner therefore wishes to see an increase in the
employment opportunities for women in the workplace

The petitioner wishes to state the following:

That the petitioner is a Commercial Company operating in the
UAE since 2007 under the name of FREE AD MEDIA SERVICES with

proprietor by Mr Dayal Mansukhani, adult male Indian born in 1948
at Mumbai, residing at

That the petitioner is involved in the media and advertisement
business and has its registered head office at Atrium Center, Suite
305, Burjuman, Dubai.

That the petitioners representative hereinafter referred to as
the petitioner is and has been a partner to the development of
United Arab Emirates and promoter of peace and unity within the
seven Emirates. The petitioner also admires the peace and
tranquility in this blessed part of the World and wishes to state that
it is due to good governance that the UAE is amongst the most
rapidly growing countries in the world.

The petitioner is acting on behalf of the proprietor of FREE AD
MULTIMEDIA DEVICE, an Indian woman who is the inventor of this
device.

The petitioner has been to many countries around the world
but could not find a peaceful and lawful country like the UAE. The
petitioner had a bad experience in all these countries. He could not
find a sincere lawyer to handle his numerous cases. He only realized
that to have a good relationship with the judge means to obtain
justice from the court. The petitioner is an investor but his life
investments was almost vanished by some unscrupulous lawyers

and accountants. Today the petitioner is setting up this project to

assist and help sincere lawyers and accountants so that they will
assist people in obtaining justice in future. For this reason the
petitioner has brought this project to the UAE.

That the petitioner applauds the hard work of the Seven
Rulers of UAE and also associate their ideologies to that of Jinni and
Gandhi of Pakistan and India respectively. These patriots fought for
the welfare of their citizens as the seven rulers of UAE have strived
for the welfare and wellbeing of their citizens.

That the petitioner launched a new media advertisement
device styled under the MULTIMEDIA DISPLAY DEVICE(FIESTA) since
2007. The device is the first of its kind and has never been seen in
any other nation except the UAE. It will be of enormous advantage
to UAE and the world should this honourable court grant the
petitioners prayers.
10. That this device functions as multi-channel platform for
companies, businessmen and service providers to showcase their
products and services. It is an attractive facility that has been
created by a young Indian professional and the petitioner has taken
upon themselves the mantle of promoting the device throughout the
world.
11. That the device is a digital hub capable of displaying ads in
one the following ways;
- On the main 42 inches screen running either as a video ad or slide
show,
- As a micro site or a spot ad on our internet shopping services
directory called The Fiesta Marketplace,
- On the second display situated closer to the main internet access
screen running dedicated high resolution video or slideshow
campaigns,
- As a light box ad on the reverse side if the device,
- As flyers distributed from the fiesta device flyer pockets
- On static ad panels.
12. That the Fiesta device and FAME has enormous advantages to
franchise owners as they will have an outlet to promote their core
business. Professionals like doctors, lawyers, accountants,
pharmacists will also benefit from the low cost ads, advertise their
services and will also provide quality services to clients.

13. That petitioners offers ads from prices ranging from 25 fils to
300 dhs per week. This rate is without any doubt the cheapest rate
in the UAE.
14. The petitioner has never filed a similar petition before any
court in the UAE.
15. That this device has created job opportunities and is still
creating many job opportunities to many young men and women
across the country.
16. That the petitioner is also a researcher and has been doing
research in the past for the benefit of mankind.
17. That it is in this light that the petitioner has decided to assist a
young Indian genius in making her dream a reality.
18. That it is crystal clear that media plays a very important role
in all aspects of life today hence the project will be a cheaper and
more reliable means commercial advertisement.
19. That the project will yield more income to the government,
companies, job seekers, police departments etc while minimizing
cost at the same time.
20. This device is a gift to the UAE government by an Indian. It will
save the government a large amount of capital expense and will
also generate a high income to the treasury.
21. This device is a commercial electronic and print media
platform. With this device product costs will be reduced which will
increase public demand. Businessmen will therefore be encouraged
to create new ideas and better products.
22. That the UAE is a rapidly growing economy with enormous
investments in the advertisement industry and companies are
exploiting business people in the high charges asked for media
output. Cyber criminals must also be stamped out and the practice
of using false pretence to extort money from individuals.
23. That the UAE has been one of the most stable economies in
the world. It is clear that there was a global economic crisis the
struck the worlds leading banks but over 70 banks in the UAE
survived this situation with little stress while other banks were
losing billions overnight.
24. The UAE will witness the biggest boom in business in an
environment where there will be fair competition without price wars

as it is today, consumers will be guaranteed durable and worthy

goods, tourists will find and locate affordable hotels and restaurants
easily while the national income will also increase. Price wars has
caused shop owners to deceive customers by placing sale ads of up
to 80%. The petitioner asks - does it mean that the producers of
these products did not incur any cost in producing these goods? Was
there neither transportation nor labour cost in the production
process? This of course means pirates are selling less durable and
pirated low quality products to consumers.

If imports are for 3 months period like the buy 1 get 2 or 3
free, every tourist will come and spend in Dubai UAE easily. Tourists
will do a large amount of purchasing and use gift vouchers
redeemable anywhere in UAE. Many tourists will visit and more
airlines will come to Dubai. In this way people will come and use
their purchasing power. Within one year Dubai will revive its tourism
sector.

If this prayer is granted, everything should change within 3
months. In recognition of these philanthropic acts, if it pleases the
government should help Fame to be awarded a general free license
without charge.
PRAYERS
The petitioner humbly prays the court to assume jurisdiction and
grant the following prayers;

An order that the petitioner be allowed to install the FAME
device (Fiesta) in the UAE in malls, residential areas, parks, metro
stations, bus stations, schools, hospitals and all other public places.
2.
An order prohibiting person(s) from installing or placing a
similar device in the UAE without license from the petitioner.
3.

An order that goods be checked before entering the market .

4.
And for any such order(s) that this honourable court may
deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
5.
An order that all good entering the UAE should be checked
and the manufacturing date and expiry date be checked in order to
ensure valuable goods in the markets.

6.
That the UAE be declared within one year a media free
country.
7.
An order that 2% be given to UAE government and that court
may declare the prices for the various ads available.
8.
An order that limiting the amount of loan to be given to
persons or companies depending on the circumstances of the case
regarding each particular case.
9.
An order that premises and offices of professionals (i.e.
accountants, recruitment agencies, doctors and lawyers) be checked
annually or bi-annually in order to reduce the rate of mal-practice by
these professionals.
10. An order limiting the total amount to be discounted in sales
ads and proof of the original full cost sale price (that was on general
sale for not less than four weeks in the establishment) to be
supplied on inspection.

Order to limit the amount of loans given to foreign investors.

12. And for any such order(s) that this honorable court may deem
fit in the circumstances of the case.
