AND SUPPORT (CFSS-1)
What is Arrive CFSS?
Customers are our top priority, thus we consistently operate with our customers best interests in mind. With the Arrive
CarePoint Foundation Service and Support, we extend the standard hardware and software support services that comes
along with each Arrive software embedded processing equipment, as well as for specific Arrive softwares. CFSS offers
12/24/36 months extensions of the Standard EULA and Limited Hardware Warranty (Ver. EULA-SLWH-0101-15).
ARRIVE CarePoint is backed up by support and services teams to help ARRIVE customers better utilize and derive more
value from ARRIVE solutions.

Services Offered*
FF Access to CarePoint Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) to assist with product use, configuration and troubleshooting.
FF Easy hardware replacement process to help minimize operation downtime.
FF Application and software support for troubleshooting or resolving technical and non-technical issues that may be
encountered during ARRIVE software installation or use.
FF Access to Arrive CarePoint website for software updates, upgrades and documentation within the licensed feature
set.
With Arrive CarePoint services, downtimes are reduced quickly with less business interruptions, along with flexible hardware
coverage, and responsive, expert technical support from ARRIVE engineers who know the products best.
