PROJECT PROFILE:
Nestle Group corporate is a truly global company it operates in almost all countries
in the world. Its products are widely spread to Consumer Areas like Childcare, Cooking, Pet
care and Wellness. Nestle is one of the largest food company having factories in 85
countries. Nestle global operations are organized into three geographical zones AMS, AOA,
EUR. Nestle has implemented SAP BW with process areas Procure to Pay, Finance and
Control, Demand and supply Planning, Direct Delivery, Generating Demand and technical
and production. The Split architecture and LSA (layered and scalable architecture) were
used in these process areas to load data from source systems to BW.

DESCRIPTION:

Incident management team works on Incidents raised by production and

preproduction monitoring team during failure of daily loads, Requests raised by Onsite team
to perform adhoc activities, Preparation of Quality check list for the weekend activities,
follows the SLA and reaching the average KPI of 95% in IM and RM resolution.
CONTRIBUTION:

Working on monitoring Incidents like Invalid characters, Time limit exceeded, Key
value exist, SID Error, Short dumps etc.
Working on performance aspects like deactivation and initial filling of aggregates,
data package size adjustments, parallel processing in DSO activation and ACR etc.
Working on LO cockpit for Maintenance and Enhancement of extract structures,
Maintaining Datasources, Activating the update.

DESCRIPTION:

DEWA is one of the service providers for water and electricity for national and expat
customers residing in Dubai. It is ISUTIL end to end implementation project which includes
4 functional modules i.e. DM, BW, CS, FICA.CRM 5.0, ECC 6.0 and EP 6.0 has been
implemented for the same.
CONTRIBUTION:

End to end Implementation for CS & DM Application components.

Customized Info Objects, Data sources, Info Sources and Source Systems to load
data into Info Cubes using Transformation and DTP.
Extract Master data and Transaction data from SAP R/3 system and Flat Files.
Used LO Cockpit extensively. Loaded the data from R/3 to BW and used Initialization
with delta update and full update methods for extracting Customer Services.
Used PSA for checking data quality before loading and used BW monitor for
troubleshooting problems during Loading.
Used ODS to stage the data before transferring the ODS content to the info cube.
Writing Start routine, end routine and Field level routine.
Monitored Process Chains to load Info Cube, ODS, aggregate, rollup.
Used Generic Extraction to extract the data from SAP R/3.
