1. Applicants ability to express his/her ideas clearly both in writing and verbally.
The applicant can express his ideas clearly and precise, with no mistakes in grammar or speech, both
in writing and verbally. Drago has proven that he is fluent in English when needed to address a numerous
crowd or a high committee. He was found flawless in his ability to express himself.
2. Applicants ability to interact well with other students and professors.
At first, the applicant distinguished himself from most of our members with his quality to interact to
others, especially professors and the other students in the University. From his current position in our
organization, that of Vice-president of Education, he is constantly needed to interact with all the
stakeholders in the educational area.
3. Applicants strengths and weaknesses as a potential exchange student.
The applicant has a great adaptability, being capable to accommodate very quick after his arrival in the
United States. We see no weaknesses in his statute as a potential exchange student, but strengths as the
capability to offer a great deal of information and know-how on leadership policies from Romania towards
the other students in the program and the capability to absorb information fast, being able to contribute on
his returning to the development of the community as an emergent leader.
