Develop An HR Strategy
On the last day, the strategic templates provided will be reviewed, a case
study analysed and in groups you will develop and present an HR strategy
for your final assessment.
Workshop: Develop an HR strategy (using the template provided) that
aligns with the case studys mission and objectives of a multi-cultural, multi
divisional, global organisation facing global challenges
