We, the 4th year students NCM108 students will be conducting an information drive on Proper Hygiene
specifically on proper hand washing and proper tooth brushing and a Feeding program at Barangay
Magsaysay Elementary School (Pre-school-Grade2) on January 14-15, 2015. This activity aims to
increase awareness of the proper hygiene and in its importance and provide adjunct nutrition through the
feeding program.
In this connection, we would like to ask your approval to allow us to conduct the following planned
activities, to wit:
A Health Promotion Program on Proper Hygiene ( Proper Hand washing and Tooth brushing January 14, 2015 (Wednesday) at 9:00 AM and
Feeding Program-January 15, 2015 (Thursday) at 9:00 AM.
