Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did

knowingly possess drug paraphernalia

AFFIDAVIT

I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On February 25, 2015 at approximately 10:03PM I was on routine patrol when I observed a red Dodge Intrepid bearing IA plate BBS793 traveling west
on D42. While traveling behind the vehicle I observed the vehicle cross the center line on 4 different occasions. The vehicle also traveled at a speed
between 45-50 miles an hour. I then activated my emergency lights at this time the vehicle pulled over on the north side of the road. I then asked
Tommy where they were heading too. Tommy stated they were on there way home. I knew they did not live the direction they were traveling. I then
called a K9. When the K9 arrived he hit on the vehicle. A search was done of the vehicle and a glass meth pipe was found in a glass of mountain dew.
Brenda Peters stated that she knew the pipe was in the glass. Brenda was then placed under arreset for paraphernalia.
