MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

(FUNCTION SERVICES)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement is executed this _____ day of
November, 2014 at Sara,Iloilo, Philippines, by and between:
SARENA REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (doing business under the
name and style of ALEXIS AND ALEXA POOLSIDE PENSIONNE), a duly registered
partnership under the Philippine Laws with principal office at Barangay Aspera,
Sara,Iloilo,Philippines duly represented by its Managing Partner, Dr. RENALIN PANESALIBOGHA, hereinafter referred to as PENSIONNE HOUSE; and
PROJECT HOPE PHILIPPINES , Inc. , a non- government organization
duly registered under Philippine laws, with principal office at Unit 216, 2/F JESA ITC
Building, 90 General Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City, Philippines, hereinafter represented
by Dr. Rogelio M. Ilagan, hereinafter referred to as PROJECT HOPE PHILIPPINES;

WITNESSETH:

That, the PENSIONNE HOUSE is engaged in providing venue and facilities for
functions like seminar, trainings and conferences and provides for function services
such as meals and other related services incidental thereto;
That, PROJECT HOPE needs the facilities of the PENSIONNE HOUSE for
their training of Barangay Health Workers and is interested to avail of the services of the
PENSIONNE HOUSE;
That, both parties have agreed on the following terms and conditions:

1. NATURE OF FUNCTION: Training of BHWS

2. DATE OF FUNCTION: November 27-28,2014, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
3. GUARANTEED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: _________ persons
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
50% down payment of total cost three days before the event.
50% full payment of total cost right after the event.
