conclusions (Empowerment) and challenge respectfully in the
expo meetings to encourage them to be self motivated for their
successful ideas to be applied. (Accountability). Even thou he
pushes the efforts of those involved in projects he is Humble and In
business... companies that want to survive...are smart enough to
know that caring and cooperation are key factors." So, this is what
he is for his people/staff for the ongoing success. Note: As a
Humble, Empathic Business Leader that he has become the

This man made world-renowned speeches in business conferences
and was an influential speaker of new era of electronics companion
devices with the help of his co-founders. He lead a team of creative
new idealistic people and advanced technology advocates for the
problems and challenges faced to become the worlds most used
and secure devices. The Team worked with even thou his
leadership skills were lacking he possessed great team players from
his stimulating (Empowerment) and all who were invested in this
process struggled in new innovated and successful tech. ideas of all
time. Even thou the stress environment of new and innovated ideas
was an ongoing process there was (Accountability) factors that
were very important to this leader, so caring and cooperation were
key factors also accountable for creating new and simpler tools /
devices for all to use in business, school, and consumer play.
Despite his down fall, then later returning to the company and
started a new venture was consoled by empowered professionals to
lead in (Courage) as set forward to a continued path of success.
Even thou he has not lived up to many peoples expectations in and
out of the business perspectives, it has been known that the most
success was towards the end of his life due to his illness of
(Humility) because of contribution towards his teams, boards, and
family.
