The organisation structure:

The products and services:

Bearings
The basic function of bearings is principally to reduce mechanical friction. Reducing friction
means:
Machinery will run more efficiently.
There will be less frictional wear, extending the operating life of the machinery.
preventing abrasion burn, avoiding mechanical breakdown.
Bearings also contribute to lower energy consumption by reducing friction and allowing the
efficient transmission of power. This is just one way in which bearings are environmentally
friendly.
Ball Bearing

A ball bearing is a type of rolling-element bearing that uses balls to maintain the separation
between the bearing races.
The purpose of a ball bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axialloads.
It achieves this by using at least two races to contain the balls and transmit the loads through
the balls. In most applications, one race is stationary and the other is attached to the rotating
assembly (e.g., a hub or shaft). As one of the bearing races rotates it causes the balls to rotate

as well. Because the balls are rolling they have a much lower coefficient of friction than if
two flat surfaces were sliding against each other.

Tapper Roller Bearing

Tapered roller bearings are bearings that can take large axial forces (i.e., they are goodthrust
bearings) as well as being able to sustain large radial forces.

Steering Bearing

The STEERING BEARINGS are responsible to a large extent for the safety, comfort and
straightforward production and assembly of the steering system.
Centre Bearing

Centre Bearings are designed for propeller shaft applications in heavy commercial vehicles.
These bearings are fitted with two heavy-duty long spring loaded life oil seal on both sides
which prevent the bearings from external contamination like mud, water and moisture.

King Pin Bearing

A bearing is a machine element that constrains relative motion between moving parts to only
the desired motion.

Cylindrical Roller Bearing

Cylindrical Roller Bearings are bearing in which cylinders are used as the rolling elements as
opposed to balls in ball bearings. As such, the rollers have a greater (linear) contact area with
the outer ring and are distribute loads across a broader surface. Subsequently, they have a
relatively high radial load capacity and are suitable for high speeds.
Clutch Bearing

Clutch bearing is a bearing fixed on the shaft going into the gearbox it is movable along it. it
is operated when you push clutch pedal to floor and cause the clutch mechanism to operate
thus stopping driving force from engine being carried through to gears.

Brake Lining
Brake Shoe

A brake shoe is the part of a braking system which carries the brake lining in the drum brakes
used on automobiles, or the brake block in train brakes and bicycle brakes.
Brake Pads

Brake pads are a component of disk brakes used in automotive and other applications. Brake
pads are steel backing plates with friction material bound to the surface that faces the disk
brake rotor.
Brake Assembly

A disc brake is a wheel brake which slows rotation of the wheel by the friction caused by
pushing brake pads against a brake disc with a set of calipers. The brake disc (or rotor in
American English) is usually made of cast iron, but may in some cases be made of
composites such as reinforced carboncarbon or ceramic matrix composites. This is
connected to the wheel and/or the axle. To stop the wheel, friction material in the form of
brake pads, mounted on a device called a brake caliper, is forced mechanically, hydraulically,
pneumatically or electromagnetically against both sides of the disc. Friction causes the disc
and attached wheel to slow or stop. Brakes convert motion to heat, and if the brakes get too
hot, they become less effective, a phenomenon known as brake fade.

Oil Grease & Coolant

A lubricant is a substance introduced to reduce friction between moving surfaces. It may also
have the function of transporting foreign particles. The property of reducing friction is known
as lubricity. (Slipperiness).
A good lubricant possesses the following characteristics:
High boiling point.
Low freezing point.
High viscosity index.
Thermal stability.
Hydraulic Stability.

Gears Oil

Gear oil is a lubricant made specifically for transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials in
automobiles, trucks, and other machinery. It is of a higher viscosity to better protect the gears
and usually is associated with a strong sulfur smell. The high viscosity ensures transfer of
lubricant throughout the gear train. This is necessary since the devices needing this heavy oil
do not have pumps for transferring the oil with only a portion of the lowermost gears bathed
in an oil sump.

4T

4T is a mineral based 4-stroke motorcycle oil specially formulated to provide outstanding,

durable protection under severe high torque, high stress conditions. Under these conditions,
motorcycle engines operate at extremely high temperatures causing viscosity and thermal
breakdown of motor oil. Shriram Alpine 4T provides maximum protection against viscosity
and thermal breakdown.
Hydraulic

Hydraulic Oils, are the medium by which power is transferred in hydraulic machinery.
Common hydraulic fluids are based on mineral oil or water. Examples of equipment that

might use hydraulic fluids include excavators and backhoes, hydraulic brakes, power steering
systems, transmissions, garbage trucks, aircraft flight control systems, lifts, and industrial
machinery.

Filters

Diesel

Diesel filters are used to separate water contained in the diesel fuel. Since water is heavier
than diesel, it collects in the water accumulation chamber of the diesel filter. After filtration,
the lighter diesel fuel flows to the interior of the filter towards the outlet.
Advantages
Integration of water separation, fuel heating and fuel cooling in one module.
Pressure stability at very high injection pressures.
Special filter media achieves high storage capacity and separation of fine particles.
Effective water separation from fuel prevents corrosion damage.

Oil

The engine oil plays a critical function of reducing friction that occurs during the movement
of the engine resulting in power loss and wear. In addition, it prevents abrasive particles from
coming in contact with friction surfaces.
Advantages
Prevention of the growth of microorganisms, since the filtration
medium is resistant
against air humidity.
Reliable operations even with frost and heat.
Higher air quality in the vehicle protects the health of the vehicle occupants.
Active carbon cabin filters provide the driver with even more comfort and health protection
through the filtration of foul-smelling harmful gases.

Our filter media are designed for a wide range of requirements for
and also for off-road vehicles.

passenger cars, trucks

Air

The intake air always contains minute dust particles that can be harmful for the engine
components. These filters ensure only clean air reaches the combustion chamber.
Advantages
Made to measure for specific engines to ensure the right filter for every engine.
The permeability and degree of separation are tailored to each other in
such a way that
the engine is optimally supplied with clean air.

Hydraulic

Highly efficient filtration is a prime requisite for the proper functioning of highly sensitive
hydraulic circuits. Solid and liquid contaminants are the cause of abrasion, wear and
corrosion and both have a negative effect on the physical and chemical properties of
hydraulic fluids. The performance of filter elements determines the degree of cleanness of the
hydraulic fluid. As the functional tolerances of the various hydraulic equipment and systems
become more and more demanding, so it becomes ever more important that the prescribed
cleanliness classes of fluid media are strictly observed under all conceivable operating
conditions.Proven and reliable hydraulic filters Industrial Filtration ensure trouble-free,
economical operation in countless machines, systems, and pieces of equipment worldwide.

Drive Kits

Timing Chain

A timing chain is a part of an internal combustion engine that synchronizes the rotation of the
crankshaft and the camshaft(s) so that the engine's valves open and close at the proper times
during each cylinder's intake and exhaust strokes. In an interference enginethe timing chain is
also critical to preventing the piston from striking the valves inside surface. A timing chain is
a roller chain.
