sweets and fat food. Most teenagers dont eat enough

vegetables and more than 1 million British school
children are overweight. They say they dont have time

eat good food, but kids who have a poor diet often

health problems when they are older.
American fast food is now a part of life far behond the United States.
McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Burger King have restaurants all over the world.
These restaurants are popular because they are American and
unexpensive.
A diet of burgers, chips, pizzas and coke may seem pleasant to taste,
but it wont nourish your body with the vitamins and minerals you need to
stay healthy.
Now doctors are giving young people books and games about a good
diet. Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet can help you feel better and live
longer.
