RF Shaping project for UMTS and LTE cells have been done. Dominant serving areas have been created while
pilot pollution was reduced. Cpich adjustment has been done according to ATT 8-10% criteria.

optimize the coverage area for the cells. Parameter tuning was done by using RNC dump, WNCS, NCS, T-PIM.
TRX addition and removal study have been done for the GSM Network.
