RF Shaping project for UMTS and LTE cells in the highest drop call area is being performed. The aim is to
reduce the drop calls by creating dominant serving area and reducing the overshoot services.
Ice Project for AT&T Las Vegas Strip area (17 Sep 2012 19 Oct 2012)
RF Shaping project for UMTS cells have been done. The aim was to reduce the drop calls which occurred inside
the buildings by taking the coverage out and maintaining or improving outdoor coverage.
Achievements:
Pilot pollutions inside the building and outside on the streets improved.
Ice Project for AT&T Atlanta (01 Nov 2011 16 Sep 2012)
RF Shaping project for UMTS and LTE cells have been done. Dominant serving areas have been created while
pilot pollution was reduced. Cpich adjustment has been done according to ATT 8-10% criteria.
Achievements:
HO overhead reduced.
Drop calls for both UMTS and LTE reduced and maintained during the spring time.
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport optimization done with big success in indoor, parking areas and
coverage and pilot pollution reduction.
HSPA + 42 Mbs (2th Carrier) Project for T-Mobile Washington DC (March 2011-Aug 2011)
Monitoring and reporting launched 2th Carrier performance and alarms by using OSS Common Explorer, OSS
Moshell, T-PIM. .
Neighbour optimization by using WNCS and T-PIM.
Analysing Drive Test Data with ActixOne for the footprint of both carriers, drop calls, IRAT neighbours, feeder
cross connection, pilot pollution, accessibility and low data throughput sites.
Troubleshooting the cells for bad performance by checking capacity, parameter settings, RF serving area, alarm
and HW problems.
Traffic balancing between 3G carriers and GSM.

Ice Project for AT&T Baltimore City (01 Dec 2010-10 Jan 2011)
Pilot pollution and overshoot project were done to improve the data speed and improve Retainibility in
Baltimore city.
Performed Drive Test analyse with OptPC Ice tool for the cells in Baltimore city area. Tilt actions, azimuth
changes and power changes have been given to optimize the coverage area for the cells.
The Analyse was done for two Carriers in 3G and GSM network.
Presented and discussed findings with RF Manager and Engineers.
Using tools: Business Object, OSS, OSS Citrix, MRR, NCS, FAS, CNA, NOX, FOX, MCOM, TEMS 6.1,
MAPINFO.

Responsible for the indoor optimization activity and resource planning for whole Turkey.
