Aps todos esses exerccios, estava com muita fome. Na volta para o escritrio, dei uma
passadinha no drive-through e comprei um milk shake, um cheeseburger e um donut. Como eu
sabia que teria que ficar at tarde no escritrio, liguei para a baby-sitter e combinei que ela
ficaria com meu baby at eu voltar. Dei uma retocada no meu make-up, voltei ao trabalho.
A comunicao escrita dentro da empresa deve nortear-se sempre pela objetividade e clareza,
seja ela por cartas, e-mails, IM (Instant Messenger) ou um simples memo (memorando).
Tenha sempre em mente a pessoa a quem voc est se dirigindo e qual a mensagem que deseja
transmitir.
Lembre-se, tambm, de que as cartas e os e-mails, bem como as outras formas de comunicao
mais simples, no devem conter erros de gramtica nem de ortografia, o que poder afetar a
imagem da empresa.
Hoje em dia, com recursos que temos nos computadores, no h desculpa alguma. Leia as
mensagens com muito cuidado antes de envi-las, a fim de fazer uma boa reviso.

A maior parte da comunicao de uma empresa hoje acontece via e-mail. Raras so as pessoas
que no se queixam de suas caixas de correios superlotadas, da falta de tempo de ler todas as
mensagens e da necessidade de responder a todos. Portanto, siga algumas regras bsicas ao
redigir seus e-mails.
Seja objetivo e informe o assunto no ttulo do e-mail, indo diretamente ao objeto da
mensagem na(s) primeira (s) linha(a);
Se possvel, utilize bullet points (marcadores) para resumir os diversos pontos de sua
mensagem;
Apesar de e-mails serem um tipo de comunicao informal, adapte sua linguagem ao
interlocutor e lembre-se de usar a netiquette 9etiqueta na internet);

Os e-mails no devem ser longos. Escreva frases e pargrafos curstos;


Use sempre sua assinatura ao final do e-mail;
Regra de ouro: KISS keep it short and simple.
