Internal Visual inspection of reactors, Strippers, Distillation towers, steam drums & tanks,
pressure vessel inspection during maintenance.
Identify the type of corrosion/deterioration to the equipment and piping.
Visual testing and weld inspection of different components such as vessels, tanks, piping,
structural welds, ship hull, etc.
Carried out the thickness survey of pipelines, heat exchangers, tanks, boilers, Heater tubes
and etc.
Interpretation of radiographic films.
Ensures that the NDT are carried out as per applicable code and specification requirements
Calibration of NDT equipments and maintaining calibration records.
Report Preparation & Maintaining inspection records
