What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
Repond to the team in the team forum, choose the part of the team assignment you want to

manner to ensure there are no complications, and to be able to achieve all our point possible

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and
collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team
member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts
between team members?
At the beginning of each week we will divide up the team assignment into portions where
everyone has an opportunity to type their name beside the portion they want to do. (Javier

I feel the best way for a team to be ran is to have a team leader each week. The

team leader will be held responsible to add all portions together, proof read, and submit

Special Considerations
What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team
experiences?
I believe that having new team members will give us all a different experience because
there are students from various backgrounds that will enhance the team collaboration.

I feel our team can be better if we provide more communication, provide a

team leader, and allow for checks in for team members who may have questions or
