TITLE: REPORT ON INVESTMENT OPTIONS AND EXPECTED RATE OF RETURN IN
DETAIL.
Objectives:
To enhance knowledge of students related to investment options.
To share knowledge regarding rate of return on it.
Time coverage: 2 3 hours
Coverage of Syllabus:
Chapter : 1
How to do?
Student has to find alternatives for investment and rate of return on each.
And study the factors affecting on rate of return.
Sources can be websites, magazines, books etc.
Evaluation Criterion:
Student will be evaluated for 10 marks.
Marks for the content and presentation.

CONCURRENT EVALUATION: 2
TITLE: REPORT ON FINANCIAL PLANNING OF YOUR FAMILY WITH THEIR FINANCIAL
GOALS.
Objectives:
To understand the types of investors and investment options.
To get aware about different level of income and priorities of family.
Time coverage: 2 - 3 hours

Coverage of Syllabus:
Chapter : 2
How to do?
Collect data from your family members about their income expenditure and investment.
Submit it as report with graphical presentation of it.
Refer to Chapter Family Finances in Economic Times Wealth published every
Monday.
Evaluation Criterion:
Student will be evaluated for 10 marks.
Marks will be for content and presentation.

CONCURRENT EVALUATION 3
TITLE: - CASE STUDY ON PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT.
Objective:
To understand the situation and problem handling of the case
To improve problem solving of students.
Time coverage : 1 Hour
Coverage of Syllabus: Chapter 3

How to do?
Refer to the case and find the solution for the same
And answer the question given below.
Evaluation Criterion:
Student will be evaluated for 10 marks.

CONCURRENT EVALUATION: 4
TITLE: PREPARE CHART ON ANY PORTFOLIO THEORY
Objectives:
To understand about the theory
To improve presentation skills on paper
Time coverage: 3 - 4 hour
Coverage of Syllabus: Chapter 4 & 5
How to do?
Make group of 4-5 students and Select any ONE theory of the following and
prepare chart of it

50 marks multiple choice questions will be given.
Duration of examination: 1 hour.

Student will be evaluated for 50 marks.
Each question carries 1 mark.
Every correct answer 1 mark.
