Description
Workforce Frozen Snapshots enables you to compare headcount, performance, and costs for a historical snapshot
time period to data currently in the system for the same time period to reconcile numbers reported to finance at
the time with back-dated hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

This subject area can be used to answer business questions such as:

How many headcount were reported in the system on a specific date in time? How does that compare to
what is now reported for the same date in time?
How many hires, promotions, and transfers were reported in that same time period?
What was the average annual base salary at a historical snapshot in time compared to the same date in time
after back-dated transactions have been applied?
